The effect of intraarticular Injection of botulinum toxin type A, Tui Na or rehabilitation exercise for spasticity of upper limb on patients with post-stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)脑卒中患者； 2）上肢痉挛评分大于1分。

Inclusion criteria

1. post stroke patient; 2. spasticity of upper limb (>1).

排除标准：

1）三个月内注射过肉毒毒素或者其他抗痉挛治疗； 2）生命体征不稳定； 3）不愿意签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. received spasticity treatment during 3 months; 2. vital signs are unstable; 3. unwilling sign consent.
