研究目的：

揭示中医推拿手法干预KOA患者的下肢步态运动学和动力学机制，为临床KOA康复提供科学指导。

Objectives of Study：

This study will examine the kinetics and kinematics of the lower limb by Chinese Tui Na on Pain Point treatment so as to provide scientific intervention program for the management of the knee osteoarthritis (KOA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥45周岁且≤65周岁，性别不限； 2. 符合膝骨性关节炎西医ACR 诊断标准； 3. 疼痛评分VAS＞3分； 4. 膝关节X线Kellgren和Lawrence分级中为1级：关节间隙可疑变窄，可能有骨赘； 5. 理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. For patients aged >= 45 and <= 65, gender is not limited; 2. Patients who meet the ACR diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; 3. Patients with VAS > 3; 4. The X-ray Kellgren and Lawrence grades of the knee joint are grade 1: the joint space is suspected to be narrowed and osteophyte may be present; 5. Patients who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 膝部有手术史者，膝部有肿瘤、结核、痛风、类风湿等疾患者； 2. 严重肝肾功能不全、严重心血管疾病、糖尿病及精神疾病者； 3. 有其他疾病引起的身体疼痛者； 4. 不能行走进行步态数据采集者； 5. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of knee surgery, with tumors, tuberculosis, gout, rheumatoid and other diseases in the knee; 2. Patients with serious liver and kidney dysfunction, serious cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental disease; 3. Patients with physical pain caused by other diseases; 4. Patients who can not walk for gait data collection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.

Eligible patients will be randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to the Tuina group and the education group with 30 patients in each group using simple randomization. The random number lists will be created by a random number generator (IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0 software; IBM Corp.
