研究目的：

探索一种新的干预手段——经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)，以改善患者的睡眠质量，并验证其临床有效性及应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

To explore a new intervention transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) to improve patients' sleep quality and to verify its clinical effectiveness and application value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄18～60岁,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级，无精神疾病史、未进行针灸治疗及未参加其他医学研究者。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-60 years old American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III no history of psychiatric disorders no acupuncture treatment and no participation in other medical studies.

排除标准：

(1) 术前匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）≥7分或雅典失眠表（AIS）≥6分；(2) 睡眠呼吸暂停或中度或重度打鼾;(3) 植入原位起搏器、术前窦性心动过缓（心率<50次/分）或窦房结疾病、二度或三度房室传导阻滞；;(4)术前沟通障碍者;(5)严重肝肾功能不全者;(6)术前服用抗癫痫、抗抑郁及其他精神类药物者;(7)电刺激部位皮肤破溃；（8）围术期出现严重手术相关不良反应及并发症者等其他情况；（9）妊娠或哺乳

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) ≥ 7 or Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) ≥ 6; (2) Sleep apnea or moderate or severe snoring; (3) Implanted pacemaker in situ preoperative sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min) or sinus node disease second or third degree atrioventricular block; (4) Preoperative communication disorders; (5) Severe liver or renal insufficiency; ( 6) those taking antiepileptic antidepressant and other psychotropic drugs before surgery; (7) skin breakdown at the site of electrical stimulation; (8) other conditions such as serious surgery-related adverse reactions and complications in the perioperative period(9) Pregnancy or breastfeeding
