研究目的：

以电揿针治疗急性高原病为干预手段，通过病例注册登记的方式统一收集数据以监测针灸疗法的安全性，评估其临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

With the treatment of acute mountain sickness with electric thumbtack needling as an intervention, the data were uniformly collected through case registration to monitor the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and evaluate its clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①受试者试验期间所处海拔高度≥3000m； ②受试者到达高原时间不超过48小时； ③LLSS总分≥3分，并至少有1分的头痛； ④年龄≥18岁，<65岁； ⑤2月之内无高原生活和工作经历； ⑥3个月之内未参加过其他临床试验； ⑦自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① The subject is at an altitude of ≥3000m during the test; ②The subject has not arrived on the plateau for more than 48 hours; ③ LLSS score ≥ 3 and at least 1 headache ; ④ age ≥ 18 years and < 65 years; ⑤ no experience of living and working in a plateau within 2 months; ⑥not having participated in another clinical trial within 3 months; ⑦ Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①入组后出现临床定义的高原肺水肿或高原脑水肿； ②进驻高原前即有慢性头痛、头晕，严重的心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病者; ③合并其他严重疾病如恶性肿瘤及精神类疾病等影响本次研究评价的疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

①those who develop clinically defined plateau pulmonary oedema or plateau cerebral oedema after entry into the group; ②Persons with chronic headache, dizziness, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and digestive system diseases before entering the plateau. ③Combination of other serious illnesses such as malignant tumours and psychiatric illnesses that affect the evaluation of this study;
