研究目的：

证实超声治疗仪透入川香（川芎+乳香）挥发油用于治疗新兵膝关节急性滑膜炎的疗效，是否能改善患者的关节肿胀和疼痛情况，促进关节积液吸收，恢复关节运动功能，且患者有无痛苦及不良反应发生，为临床治疗开拓新思路，进一步对提高军人训练效率、提升部队战斗力。

Objectives of Study：

It is confirmed that the ultrasonic therapy instrument penetrates the volatile oil of Chuanxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong + Frankincense) for the treatment of acute synovitis of the recruits knee joints. Whether it can improve the patient’s joint swelling and pain, promote the absorption of joint effusions, and restore joint movement function. Whether there is pain and adverse reactions, it opens up new ideas for clinical treatment, and further improves the efficiency of military training and enhances the combat effectiveness of the army.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①某基地新训期间因接受军事训练而导致膝关节滑膜炎的入伍新兵，符合膝关节滑膜炎的诊断标准； ②年龄18~22周岁，性别不限； ③受试前2周内未接受任何与本病相关的治疗； ④自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Enlisted recruits with knee synovitis due to military training during the new training at a base meet the diagnostic criteria for knee synovitis; 2. 18-22 years of age; 3. None within 2 weeks before the test Accept any treatment related to this disease; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①受试前2周内接受过与本病相关的治疗； ②入组前1个月内参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received treatment related to this disease within 2 weeks before the test; 2. Participated in other clinical trials within 1 month before enrollment.

项目发起人玄其文将130名患者按就诊顺序编为1-130号，用SPSS 23.0软件为130名患者生成1-130的随机数字，将随机数字从小到大顺序排序后取得序号R，规定R=1-65者为超声透入组（A），R=66-130者为常规治疗组（B）。
