研究目的：

系统评价三圆站桩气功在改善超重者胰岛素抵抗水平、体重、糖脂代谢等方面的作用，并形成以中医理论和体医结合为特点的“治未病”的中医运动方案。

Objectives of Study：

To systematically evaluate the effect of Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong (TCPSQ ）in improving insulin resistance level, body weight, glucose and lipid metabolism of overweight people, A TCM motion scheme for "treat pre-disease" , charactered by TCM theory and physical medicine integration, also will be form.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄18-45周岁，性别不限； ②符合超重诊断标准； ③自愿报名参加本试验，并签署知情同意书,能坚持准时参加三圆站桩气功训练。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 45 years; (2) diagnose as overweight; (3) voluntarily participate in this research and be able to provide the written informed consent form for participation in the trial and take part in TCPSQ training on time

排除标准：

①因其他疾病或因服用药物导致的继发性超重的人群； ②有长期规律练习站桩功或其他气功功法者； ③曾经发生过头晕跌倒或失去知觉者； ④肌肉、骨骼系统疾病以及其他运动禁忌症而不适宜进行运动训练者； ⑤有吸毒史、精神病家族史、应激障碍、人格障碍及服用精神活性物质所致疾病者； ⑥妊娠、哺乳期妇女； ⑦有恶性肿瘤或其他严重的消耗性疾病、传染性疾病、神经系统疾病、精神性疾病、 严重的心血管、肝、肾、肺、胃肠道、血液系统疾病等严重的原发性疾病，不适宜进行运动训练者； ⑧本研究开始前8周内曾服用过减肥相关药物或功能食品者； ⑨本研究开始前8周内曾参加过或正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者； ⑩研究者判断不能完成本研究或不能遵守本研究要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) secondary overweight due to other disease or oral medication. (2) Being or having been engaged in a long-term regular practice of PSQ or other forms of Qigong or athletic sports; (3) History of dizziness fall or lose consciousness; (4) Those who are not suitable for exercise training due to diseases of the muscle or skeletal system or other contraindications to exercise; (5) History of drug abuse, family history of psychosis, stress disorder, personality disorder and psychoactive substance user. (6) pregnancy and lactation (7) Those who have suffered from malignant tumor, severe consumptive disease, cerebrovascular disease, communicable disease, mental illness, and severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal and hematological diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases, or other contraindication to mild to moderate-physical exertion; (8) Those who had taken weight-loss related medications or functional foods within 8 weeks before the start of the study; (9) Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study within 8 weeks before the start of this study; (10) Those who inability to comprehend and complete the study assessments or comply with the study instructions.
