研究目的：

阐明针刺法对aMCI合并失眠患者的干预效应与情景记忆相关的大尺度脑网络相关，为临床治疗遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍（aMCI）及预防阿尔兹海默症提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify that the intervention effect ofacupuncture on aMCI with insomnia is related to the large-scale brain network related to episodic memory, which provides the basis for clinical treatment of aMCI and prevention of AD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合aMCI和失眠的诊断标准 2.年龄在55-70 岁 3.中学文化以上学历 4.近半年内在三甲医院体检证明身体健康者 5.体重指数(BMI)在 20-24 范围内 6.均为右利手 7.受试者自愿参加，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of aMCI and insomnia; 2. Subjects aged 55-70 years; 3. Subjects with middle school education or above; 4. The objects who have been proved to be healthy by physical examination in the third grade a hospital in the past half a year; 5. Subjects with body mass index (BMI) in the range of 20-24; 6. All of them are right handed; 7. Subjects participated voluntarily and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.体内有金属残留、纹身者 2.对MRI畏惧或其他原因不能进行MRI扫描者 3.发现脑部有病灶或可疑病灶者 4.大量饮酒、滥用药物者 5.有精神病史者或先天精神发育迟缓者；近3个月内正在服用抗焦虑或抗抑郁药物等精神药品的、接受心理治疗的患者 6.伴有严重心、肝、肾等疾患 7.患有如脑肿瘤、脑炎、癫痫、帕金森病等可引起认知功能障碍的神经系统其他 疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Objects with metal residues and tattoos in the body; 2. Objects who are afraid of MRI or can not be scanned by MRI for other reasons; 3. Objects with or suspected brain lesions; 4. The object of heavy drinking and drug abuse; 5. Patients with mental history or congenital mental retardation; patients who are taking anti anxiety or anti depression drugs and receiving psychological treatment in the past 3 months; 6. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 7. Patients with other diseases of the nervous system that can cause cognitive dysfunction, such as brain tumor, encephalitis, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.

The staff of the project team generates a random number table from the computer and groups them according to the random number table.

盲法：

由于针灸临床的特殊性，不能采用严格标准的盲法进行评价，故由不知分组情况的第三者进行疗效评价；疗效评价者、试验操作者及统计人员三分离。对受试者（针刺组、假针刺组）、疗效评价者及统计分析人员施盲。

Blinding：

Because of the particularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in clinic, it can not be evaluated by strict standard blind method, so the third person who does not know the grouping condition is used to evaluate the curative effect, and the curative effect evaluator, operator and statistical personnel are separated. We implement blind method in subjects (subjects in acupuncture group or non-acupuncture group) , efficacy evaluators, and statistical analysts.
