研究目的：

（1）探讨“智三针”干预治疗对MCI患者认知功能的改善效果，对治疗后的长期效果进行评估，观察疗效的持续时间。 （2）分析“智三针”干预治疗对MCI患者血液生物标志物及神经影像学的变化情况，探索针刺改善认知功能的机制。 （3）评价“智三针”干预治疗在MCI患者中的安全性和可行性。（4）构建“智三针”治疗MCI的早期疗效预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the effect of "Zhi San Zhen" intervention on the improvement of cognitive function in patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) assess the long-term effects of the treatment and observe the duration of therapeutic efficacy. (2) To analyze the changes in blood biomarkers and neuroimaging in MCI patients treated with "Zhi San Zhen" intervention and to explore the mechanisms by which acupuncture improves cognitive function. (3) To evaluate the safety and feasibility of "Zhi San Zhen" intervention in MCI patients. (4) To construct an early efficacy prediction model for "Zhi San Zhen" treatment of MCI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 年龄在 60 岁及以上；2: 诊断为轻度认知障碍；3: 无已知的主要脑血管疾病、痴呆或其他病理性认知障碍；4: 无急性功能性精神障碍（包括精神分裂症或躁狂抑郁症）；5: 受试者自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: Aged 60 years and above;2: Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment;3: No known major cerebrovascular disease dementia or other pathological cognitive impairments;4: No acute functional psychiatric disorders (including schizophrenia or bipolar disorder;5: Volunteers who willingly participate and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1: 先天性智能障碍患者，有痴呆家族史或已诊断为痴呆、精神病及具有其他可引起脑功能障碍的医学或神经心理状态的患者；2: 患有严重的身体疾病，如严重的心脏病、肾衰竭或其他可能影响认知功能的慢性疾病；3: 有酗酒、吸毒史，长期应用糖皮质激素、抗精神病类药物、镇静催眠类药物等影响认知功能药物的患者；4: 患有其他神经系统疾病，如帕金森病、脑卒中等其他神经系统疾病；5: 存在沟通、交流障碍从而影响认知功能评价，如言语、视力、听力等严重障碍的患者；6: 对针具或酒精过敏者；7: 梅毒或HIV阳性者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with congenital intellectual disabilities a family history of dementia or those diagnosed with dementia mental illness or other medical or psychological conditions that may cause brain dysfunction. 2: Patients with severe physical illnesses such as severe heart disease kidney failure or other chronic diseases that may affect cognitive function. 3: Patients with a history of alcohol abuse drug addiction long-term use of glucocorticoids antipsychotic drugs sedative-hypnotic drugs or other medications that may affect cognitive function. 4: Patients with other neurological system diseases such as Parkinson's disease stroke and other neurological disorders. 5: Patients with communication or language barriers that affect cognitive function assessment such as severe speech vision or hearing impairments. 6: Patients with allergies to needles or alcohol. 7: Patients who are positive for syphilis or HIV.
