研究目的：

通过临床队列研究，明确胃肠积热及其严重程度等、内脏脂肪、免疫炎症中相关指标等与肺炎严重程度的相关性，并据此构建基于儿童胃肠积热的重症肺炎预测模型，为临床儿童肺炎的分级诊疗等提供数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical cohort studies, we aim to clarify the correlation between gastrointestinal heat accumulation and its severity, visceral fat, immune inflammation-related indicators, and the severity of pneumonia. Based on these findings, we will develop a prediction model for severe pneumonia in children that is based on gastrointestinal heat accumulation, providing data support for clinical grading diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）3周岁≤年龄≤14周岁者； （2）符合肺炎的诊断标准； （3）法定监护人签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。 注：同时符合以上3项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Individuals aged between 3 and 14 years inclusive; (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia; (3) Those whose legal guardians have signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. Note: Only patients who meet all the above three criteria can be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1）原发性自身免疫缺陷患儿； （2）合并有心血管、脑神经、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患儿； （3）唐氏综合症患儿。 注：若符合以上任意1项的患者，不可纳入本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with primary autoimmune deficiencies; (2) Children with severe primary diseases affecting the cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic systems as well as those with psychiatric disorders; (3) Children with Down's syndrome. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria are not eligible for inclusion in this study.
