研究目的：

根据患者性别、年龄、血压级别、中医证型等因素形成个性化精准运动处方，并观察个性化精准运动处方干预高血压的疗效，以期为不同性别、年龄、血压级别、中医体质的高血压患者提供个性化精准运动处方。

Objectives of Study：

According to the patient's gender, age, blood pressure level, TCM certificate type and other factors, and the treatment of the individualized precise exercise prescription, and the treatment of the individualized and accurate exercise prescription, in order to provide personalized and accurate motion prescription for patients with high blood pressure levels, blood pressure levels and Chinese traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合高血压的诊断标准 年龄在18-65岁之间 经评估为一级高血压低、中危级别，二级高血压中危级别患者 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for high blood pressure; 2. Between the ages of 65 and 65 years; 3. Patients with low levels of high blood pressure, medium risk, secondary hypertension; 4. Signing informed consent form.

排除标准：

继发性高血压患者，高血压危象，高血压急症者 血压波动大或近一个月随机测量血压超过160/100mmHg的高血压患者 3个月内参加其他临床试验者 妊娠或近3个月准备妊娠的妇女及哺乳期妇女 恶性肿瘤、严重心脏疾病、血液系统疾病、脑血管意外、严重创伤或重大手术后受试者；冠心病、甲状腺疾病、痛风、精神疾病等其他严重慢性疾病患者；有药物或酒精滥用者，伴有运动器官损伤，如关节炎、肌肉痛者 研究者认为不宜参加临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertensive patients, hypertensive crisis, Hypertension emergency; 2. High blood pressure fluctuations or nearly a month of random blood pressure of more than 160/100mmhg; 3. Other clinical participants in three months; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women for pregnancy or nearly three months; 5. Malignant tumors, severe heart disease, blood system disease, cerebral vascular accident, severe trauma or major surgery. Patients with coronary heart disease, thyroid disease, gout, mental illness, etc. There is a drug or alcohol abuse, accompanied by physical injury, such as arthritis and muscle pain; 6. The researchers think it is not appropriate for clinical researchers.
