研究目的：

通过临床观察评价交泰固精方联合性心理咨询治疗心肾不交型早泄有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of Jiaotai Jiejing Fang combined with sexual psychological counseling for the treatment of premature ejaculation of the cardiorenal and renal dysfunction type by clinical observation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

黄连10g、肉桂5g、炒芡实15g 金樱子30g、五味子10g、煅龙骨30g、煅牡蛎30g、莲子15g、柴胡15g、桑螵蛸15g、茯神30g、炙甘草15g、沙苑子30g、炒麦芽30g。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Huang Lian 10g Cinnamon 5g Fried Gorgon fruit 15g Jin Cherry Seeds 30g Schisandra chinensis 10g Calcined Dragon Bone 30g Calcined Oyster 30g Lotus Seed 15g Chai Hu 15g Cuttlebone 15g Poria 30g Roasted Glycyrrhiza Glutinosa 15g Saxifrage Seeds 30g Fried Maitake Malt 30g.

纳入标准：

①年龄20~50岁； ②病程≥6个月； ③有稳定性伴侣，性生活频率≥4次/月； ④符合早泄诊断标准； ⑤符合早泄心肾不交证辨证标准； ⑥自愿参与、配合本试验研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 20~50 years old; ② Duration of the disease ≥6 months; ③ Stable partner sexual frequency ≥4 times/month; ④ Meet the diagnostic criteria of premature ejaculation; ⑤ Meet the identification criteria of premature ejaculation cardio-renal dysfunction; ⑥ Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with this pilot study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①生殖器官畸形而无法性交者； ②泌尿生殖道感染患者； ③勃起功能障碍患者（IIEF-5≤21分）； ④过敏体质，或对联合治疗中已知的任何药物过敏； ⑤严重心脑肾等重要器官疾病患者； ⑥患有精神类疾病，通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表及汉密尔顿焦虑量表证实有重度焦虑等症状的患者； ⑦伴有严重的肝脏类疾病，包括肝衰竭等肝性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

①People who cannot have sexual intercourse due to malformation of genital organs; ②Patients with genitourinary tract infection; ③Patients with erectile dysfunction (IIEF-5 ≤ 21 points); ④Allergy or allergy to any drugs known in the combination therapy; ⑤Patients with severe heart brain kidney and other vital organ diseases; ⑥Patients with psychiatric illnesses and with symptoms such as severe anxiety confirmed by Hamilton Depression Inventory and Hamilton Anxiety Inventory; ⑦ Patients with severe liver diseases including liver failure and other liver diseases.
