研究目的：

通过不同电针刺激强度对周围性面瘫的临床疗效察，探讨电针治疗周围性面瘫在脑干的效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the brain-stem effect mechanism of electroacupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis by observing the clinical effect of different intensity of electroacupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合周围性面瘫的中西医诊断标准、分期标准和定位标准者； ②右利手，年龄在18~65岁； ③面瘫表现为单侧，病程至少三个月； ④签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meeting the diagnostic standards, staging standards and positioning standards of traditional Chinese and western medicine for peripheral facial paralysis; ② Right-handed, aged from 18 to 65; ③ Facial paralysis is unilateral and the course of disease is at least three months; ④ Signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①中枢性面瘫、周围性面瘫急性期； ②糖尿病周围神经病变等继发及原发性神经系统病变； ③白血病、血小板减少等有出血倾向者； ④久病体弱、严重神经官能症、癫痫、痴呆、妊娠或哺乳妇女； ⑤合并严重心、肝、肾、脑血管、肿瘤疾病、感染疾病、自身免疫性疾病等，重度高热患者； ⑥针刺穴位或其附近皮肤有感染者；或有凝血功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Central facial paralysis, peripheral facial paralysis acute stage; ② Diabetic peripheral neuropathy and other secondary and primary neurological diseases; ③ Leukemia, thrombocytopenia and other bleeding tendency; ④ Long illness weak, severe neurosis, epilepsy, dementia, pregnant or breastfeeding women; ⑤ Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, cerebrovascular, tumor diseases, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe high fever; ⑥ Acupuncture points or the skin near the infected; Or patients with coagulopathy.
