研究目的：

通过大样本的临床研究证实TEAS 特定的穴位肺俞等穴对ICU内机械通气的AECOPD患者可以改善肺功能，加速康复 ，缩短机械通气和住ICU的时间，减少住I院费，临床和社会价值巨大。

Objectives of Study：

Through the clinical study of large samples, it has been proved that AS specific acupoints at Fei Yu and other points can improve lung function, accelerate rehabilitation, shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay, and reduce hospitalization expenses for AECOPD patients in ICU, which has great clinical and social value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

①常规治疗组：患者入ICU后，按中华医学会、 中华医学会全科医学分会、中华医学会呼吸病学分会慢阻肺学组的《慢性阻塞性肺疾病基层诊疗指南(2018年)》，按《慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重 (AECOPD) 诊治中国专家共识 (2017年更新版)》等指南的建议进行治疗，其他的对症支持治疗按ICU内常规的治疗进行。 ②TEAS 特定穴组：在常规治疗的基础上，入组的患者入院后即请团队中的副主任中医师对患者取穴、贴电极片，取双侧肺俞、定喘、肾俞和足三里穴给予TEAS治疗每次30min，每天2次。治疗时间为10天或出院或转出ICU为止。两组患者除TEAS穴位治疗外其他治疗无特殊差别。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Routine treatment group: after admission to ICU, the patients were treated according to the guidelines for primary diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2018) issued by Chinese Medical Association, general practice branch of Chinese Medical Association, and COPD group of respiratory branch of Chinese Medical Association, and according to the consensus of Chinese experts on diagnosis and treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) (2017 update) and other guidelines, and other symptomatic support treatment is carried out according to the conventional treatment in ICU. 2. Teas specific acupoint group: on the basis of conventional treatment, the patients in the group were asked to ask the deputy director of the team to select acupoints and paste electrode pieces, and bilateral Feishu, Dingchuan, Shenshu and Zusanli acupoints were taken for teas treatment, 30 minutes each time, twice a day. The treatment time was 10 days or until discharge or transfer from ICU. There was no special difference between the two groups except teas.

纳入标准：

1.严重AECOPD导致呼吸衰竭； 2.气管插管后而转入ICU接受有创机械通气； 3.生命体征平稳的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with respiratory failure caused by severe AECOPD; 2. Patients transferred to ICU for invasive mechanical ventilation after tracheal intubation; 3. Patients with stable vital signs.

排除标准：

1.患者年龄小于 18 岁或大于 75 岁； 2.需要使用肌松剂的患者； 3.胸廓或脊柱有畸形的患者； 4.收缩压≥180mmHg 或小于 90mmHg不能纠正的患者； 5.孕产妇患者； 6.合并有心梗的患者； 7.合并有左心衰竭及心源性肺水肿的患者； 8.合并有肿瘤病史、肝脏疾病史的患者 9.基础疾病中有慢性肾衰的患者； 10.经皮氧饱和度小于 80%的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient's age is less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old; 2. Patients who need to use muscle relaxants; 3. Patients with thoracic or spinal deformities; 4. Patients whose systolic blood pressure >= 180mmhg or less than 90mmHg could not be corrected; 5. Patients of pregnant women; 6. Patients with myocardial infarction; 7. Patients with left heart failure and cardiogenic pulmonary edema; 8. Patients with history of tumor and liver disease; 9. Patients with chronic renal failure in basic diseases; 10. Patients with transcutaneous oxygen saturation less than 80%.
