1.观察内外膝眼穴的针刺深度及其安全性； 2.观察内外膝眼穴的针刺角度（方向）及其安全性.

Objectives of Study：

1.Observe the acupuncture depth and safety of Neixiyan (EX-LE4) and Waixiyan (EX-LE5); 2.Observe the acupuncture angle (direction) and safety of Neixiyan (EX-LE4) and Waixiyan (EX-LE5).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.体重指数（BMI：18.5-23.9）； 2.18岁≤年龄≤65岁； 3.健康体检项目正常，临床体格检查无阳性体征； 4.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. body mass index (BMI: 18.5-23.9); 2. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 3. Physical examination items are normal, and there are no positive signs in clinical physical examination; 4. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

患有慢性或心、肝、肾、消化道、呼吸、血液、神经、骨骼肌肉系统等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with chronic or heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, respiratory, blood, nerve, musculoskeletal system or other diseases.
