研究目的：

评价加味芍药甘草汤治疗屈光性视疲劳的有效性和安全性，通过BOLD fMRI在大尺度即脑区层面研究药物作用的大脑皮层调节机理。探索加味芍药甘草汤干预调节痉挛导致视疲劳同时伴有躯体和精神症状患者的大脑功能网络连接变化，阐释药物干预此类患者的中枢作用靶点，确定药物对脑功能网络影响的疗效机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified Shaoyaogancao Decoction in the treatment of refractive asthenopia, and to study the regulatory mechanism on the cerebral cortex on a large scale, that is, at the level of brain area by BOLD fMRI. To explore the effect of modified Shaoyaogancao Decoction on regulating the changes of brain function network connection in patients with visual fatigue and physical and mental symptoms caused by accommodative spasm, to explain the central target of drug intervention in such patients, and to determine the therapeutic mechanism of drug effect on brain function network.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-40岁； （2）右利手； （3）右眼主视眼（卡洞法检查）； （4）视疲劳量表评分>=16分（温州医科大学视疲劳量表专业版）； （5）符合王光霁《双眼视觉学》第二版调节痉挛引起视疲劳诊断标准； （6）眼科生物参数及视功能参数检查证实调节痉挛； （7）存在躯体和精神症状：SAS评分>50分， SDS评分>53分，SCL-90中躯体因子得分>1.37+0.48分； （8）理解本研究的实验过程，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 18-40 years; (2) right handedness; (3) the main visual eye of the right eye was examined by the card hole method; (4) visual fatigue scale score > = 16 (professional version of visual fatigue scale of Wenzhou Medical University); (5) Meet the second edition of Wang Guangji's binocular vision; (6) the examination of ophthalmic biological parameters and visual function parameters confirmed the regulation of spasm; (7) presence of physical and mental symptoms: SAS score >50, SDS score >53, body factor score >1.37 + 0.48 in SCL-90; (8) understand the experimental process of this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、哺乳期妇女； （2）主要脏器功能障碍患者； （3）急性结膜炎、角膜疾患和其他感染性眼疾患者； （4）青光眼和严重干眼症患者； （5）1月内有眼部手术史的患者； （6）依从性差者； （7）不能明确表达眼部不适症状的患者及不能理解实验过程的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant and lactating women; (2) patients with major organ dysfunction; (3) patients with acute conjunctivitis, keratopathy and other infectious eye diseases; (4) glaucoma and severe dry eye; (5) patients with a history of eye surgery within 1 month; (6) poor compliance; (7) patients who could not express the symptoms of ocular discomfort clearly and patients who could not understand the experimental process.
