研究目的：

通过对既往中西医结合多学科肿瘤康复诊疗模式下直肠癌患者及医护的定性访谈，完善肿瘤康复诊疗模式，寻找优势和劣势人群，制定直肠癌PRO，开展多学科肿瘤康复模式的随机对照实验，探究高级别的循证医学证据，为下一步扩大病种做多学科肿瘤康复诊疗模式做铺垫，为全疾病谱建立肿瘤康复服务包，进而为建立肿瘤康复二级学科奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

Through qualitative interviews with rectal cancer patients and doctors and nurses under the previous multi-disciplinary tumor rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment mode of combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine, improve the tumor rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment mode, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the population, develop rectal cancer PRO, carry out a randomized Scientific control of multi-disciplinary tumor rehabilitation mode, explore high-level Evidence-based medicine evidence, and pave the way for the next step of expanding disease types and multi-disciplinary tumor rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment mode, Establish a tumor rehabilitation Service pack for the whole disease spectrum, and then lay the foundation for establishing a secondary discipline of tumor rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁，性别不限； （2）有明确病理学诊断的直肠癌患者； （3）行直肠癌保肛根治术后出现肛门功能障碍而排便功能异常的患者； （4）保肛术或预防性造口还纳术后2月及以上患者； （5）患者有良好沟通能力，能够完整填写问卷、症状评量表并配合锻炼； （6）依从性好，入组前须签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Rectal cancer patients with clear pathological diagnosis; (3) Patients with anal dysfunction and abnormal defecation function after undergoing rectal cancer preserving radical surgery; (4) Patients who have undergone anal sphincterotomy or prophylactic ostomy for 2 months or more; (5) The patient has good communication skills and is able to complete questionnaires, symptom assessment forms, and cooperate with exercise; (6) Good compliance, must sign an informed consent form before joining the group.

排除标准：

（1）有认知及精神障碍； （2）合并严重心、肺、肾、骨骼肌肉疾病者； （3）无法完成康复锻炼者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having cognitive and mental disorders; (2) Those with severe heart, lung, kidney, and skeletal muscle diseases; (3) Those who are unable to complete rehabilitation exercises.
