研究目的：

1.针灸治疗是否可以缩短卒中后吞咽障碍患者的功能恢复时间； 2.介入针灸治疗的时间和治疗频率； 3.影响针灸疗效的因素。

Objectives of Study：

1.Whether acupuncture could shorten the functional recovery time of patients with post-stroke dysphagia. 2.Appropriate time and frequency to intervene acupuncture therapy. 3.Explore factors affecting the effects of acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、患者年龄在40到80岁之间； 2、为首次卒中，卒中诊断标准参照中国脑血管病诊治指南与共识（2016版）；中风的中医诊断标准参照《中风病诊断与疗效评定标准(试行)》； 3、入院时吞咽障碍量表评分＜7级； 4、符合疾病诊断标准且病程在1月以内； 5、吞咽障碍发生在卒中后1周。 同时符合上述 5项者，方可入选。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged from 18 to 85 years and both sexes were eligible; 2. Patients were first stroke, diagnosis of stroke according to the Chinese guidelines and consensus on diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases (version 2016). The diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for stroke refer to the criteria for diagnosis and Evaluation of Therapeutic effect of stroke (for trial implementation). 3. The score of dysphagia scale on admission was < 7; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the disease and the course of the disease is less than 1 month. 5. Dysphagia occurred 1 week after stroke. Only those who fit the above five items would be enrolled.

排除标准：

1、存在严重的肝、肾疾病； 2、严重的认知障碍、失语症； 3、吞咽障碍发生在卒中之前； 4、其他可导致吞咽障碍的疾病,如头颈部肿瘤、食道肿瘤、重症肌无力和吉兰-巴雷综合征等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of serious diseases of the liver, kidney, hematological system, or endocrine system; 2. Severe cognitive impairment and aphasia; 3. Dysphagia occurred before stroke; 4. Other diseases that potentially impaired swallowing function, such as head and neck tumors, esophageal neoplasms, craniocerebral injury, myasthenia gravis, and Guillain-Barre syndrome.
