研究目的：

主要目的： 1.全面评估六字诀对胸痹患者心肺运动功能、情志的影响； 2.将六字诀推广应用，探索有中医特色的康复技术； 3.探讨六字诀形、气、神共调对“双心”的调节作用。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Comprehensive evaluation of the influence of Liu Zi Jue on cardiopulmonary motor function and emotions of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; 2. Promote and apply Liuzi Jue to explore rehabilitation techniques with Chinese medicine characteristics; 3. Discuss the regulating effect of the six-character jue's form, qi, and spirit on the "heart and psychology".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合第七版《内科学》冠心病的疾病分类及诊断标准，病情稳定者； 2.神志清楚，自愿受试并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the disease classification and diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease in the seventh edition of "Internal Medicine", and are in stable condition; 2. Those who are clear minded, take the test voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.1个月内发生过急性心肌梗死者或不稳定心绞痛者； 2.左室射血分数<40％或心功能 NYHA分级在Ⅲ级以上； 3.严重心律失常合并血流动力学异常者； 4.合并严重的高血压、肥厚性心肌病、需要手术的瓣膜病、急性心包炎或心肌炎； 5.严重的肝肾系统疾病； 6.任何其他严重的疾病或状况，如恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris within 1 month; 2.Left ventricular ejection fraction <40% or NYHA grade of heart function above iii; 3.Severe arrhythmia with abnormal hemodynamics; 4.Combined severe Hypertension, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular disease requiring surgery, acute pericarditis or myocarditis; 5.Severe liver and kidney system diseases; 6.Any other serious diseases or conditions, such as malignant tumors.
