研究目的：

主要目的：拟通过研究火针及脊神经脉冲射频在带状疱疹神经痛的治疗，结合相关时间节点HSP70及TRPV1的表达，寻求相关证据并阐述其发生机制，研究成果为临床后续治疗方案的拟定提供参考，提高带状疱疹神经痛的治愈率，降低复发率，对提高患者生活质量有重大意义。 2．次要目的：PHN是危及人民群众身心健康的常见病、多发病，本课题的研究成果可转化为相关的诊疗技术指南，为进一步优化中西医规范化诊治，有效解决临床实际问题提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective:The study aims to investigate the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia through fire needle therapy and spinal nerve pulsed radiofrequency. By examining the expression of HSP70 and TRPV1 at relevant time points the research seeks to uncover evidence and elucidate the underlying mechanisms. The findings are expected to provide a reference for developing subsequent clinical treatment plans improve the cure rate of herpes zoster neuralgia reduce recurrence rates and significantly enhance patients' quality of life. Secondary Objective:Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a common and frequently occurring disease that endangers the physical and mental health of the population. The results of this study can be translated into relevant diagnostic and treatment technical guidelines offering a reference for further optimizing standardized traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment and effectively addressing clinical practical issues

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1、符合带状疱疹神经痛的诊断标准；2、年龄≥18周岁，男女不限；3、入院前已经接受抗病毒治疗，疼痛控制不满意，视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS）≥4分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster neuralgia;2. Age ≥ 18 years regardless of gender; 3. Has received antiviral treatment prior to hospitalization with unsatisfactory pain control and a visual analog scale (VAS) pain score of ≥ 4.

排除标准：

1、合并急性感染、穿刺部位损伤者；2、有严重心、肺、肾功能不全者；3、合并出凝血功能障碍者；4、合并认知功能障碍或配合欠佳病人；5、严重皮损型带状疱疹患者；6、有吸毒史；7、精神障碍患者或经研究者判定认为不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concurrent acute infections or injuries at the puncture site; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with concurrent coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with cognitive impairments or those who are unable to cooperate adequately; 5. Patients with severe dermatomal herpes zoster; 6. Patients with a history of drug abuse; 7. Patients with psychiatric disorders or those deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial.

通过SPSS21.0生成随机数字，将拟纳入的60例患者按随机区组法以1:1比例分成脉冲射频组和火针联合脉冲射频组。将记录组别和分组处理方法的信息打印后分别装入带有1～60序号的不透明信封中，由专人保管和发放。招募符合纳入标准的患者，在其接受治疗前，由事先培训过的护士依次拆开信封并实施信封内分组方案。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using SPSS 21.0 to generate random numbers the intended 60 patients were divided into a pulsed radiofrequency group and a fire acupuncture combined with pulsed radiofrequency group in a 1:1 ratio according to the randomized block method. The information recording the group and the grouping treatment method was printed and placed into opaque envelopes numbered from 1 to 60 which were then kept and distributed by a designated person. Patients who met the inclusion criteria were recruited and before they received treatment a pre-trained nurse sequentially opened the envelopes and implemented the grouping plan contained within.
