研究目的：

1.通过将杵针运用到产后缺乳产妇中，改善产妇缺乳症状，增加产后泌乳量，提高母乳喂养率。 2.通过临床论证和效果评价反馈，探索出适合产后缺乳患者的杵针疗法，为临床治疗产后缺乳提供参考。 3.丰富杵针的临床运用，促进其推广和传承。

Objectives of Study：

1.Through the application of pestle acupuncture to postpartum breast-deficient parturients, improve the symptoms of breast-deficiency, increase postpartum milk production, improve breast-feeding rate. 2.Through clinical demonstration and effect evaluation feedback, to explore the pestle acupuncture therapy suitable for postpartum milk deficiency patients, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of postpartum milk deficiency. 3.Enrich the clinical application of pestle acupuncture and promote its promotion and inheritance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

分娩48小时内被诊断为产后缺乳的产妇；产妇年龄大于20岁小于40岁；妊娠37周至不满42周住院剖宫产分娩的产妇；新生儿健康，Apgar评分8-10分；术后住院时间≥7d，能保证完成5次治疗的产妇；产后愿意母乳喂养的产妇；签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究者

Inclusion criteria

1. Women diagnosed as postpartum lactation within 48 hours of delivery; 2. Women older than 20 years and less than 40 years old; 3. Women delivered by cesarean section in hospital from 37 weeks of pregnancy to less than 42 weeks of pregnancy; 4. Newborn health, Apgar score 8-10; 5. Postoperative hospital stay >= 7 days, can ensure the completion of 5 treatments; 6. Postpartum women willing to breastfeed; 7. Signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in this research.

排除标准：

剖宫产术后未排气或未进食者；产妇乳房发育不正常，有乳腺炎病史、乳头凹陷、乳头皲裂致哺乳困难者；合并有心血管、肝、肾、甲状腺疾病和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；妊娠患有糖尿病、高血压等合并症的产妇；产后大出血、有过敏史的患者；产后曾服用治疗产后缺乳的药物或影响体内激素分泌的药物者；皮肤过敏，不耐受治疗刺激的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not exhaust or eat after cesarean section; 2. Abnormal breast development, breast feeding difficulties caused by a history of mastitis, sunken nipples and chapped nipples; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, thyroid diseases and hematopoietic system, mental patients; 4. Pregnant women with complications such as diabetes and hypertension; 5. Patients with postpartum hemorrhage and history of allergy. 6. Postpartum patients who have taken drugs for postpartum milk deficiency or drugs that affect the secretion of hormones in the body; 7. Patients with skin allergy and intolerance to therapeutic stimulation.
