评价电针对睡眠觉醒时相延迟障碍患者的疗效和安全性

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for patients with delayed sleep-wake phase disorder

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合ICSD-3-TR中睡眠觉醒时相延迟障碍诊断标准； 2. 年龄≥18且≤65周岁，性别不限； 3. MEQ量表评分≤41分； 4. 未接受过任何形式的针刺治疗； 5. 理解、同意加入到本研究中，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for delayed sleep-wake phase disorder as outlined in the ICSD-3-TR; 2. Aged ≥ 18 and ≤ 65 years old male or female; 3. MEQ scale score ≤ 41 points; 4. Have not received any form of acupuncture treatment; 5. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 严重的心、肝、肾以及血液、呼吸系统等疾病，未控制的传染性疾病； 2. 严重的精神障碍史（如双向情感障碍、精神分裂症等）； 3. 所选穴位附近有感染或损伤而无法接受针刺治疗者； 4. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 5. 筛选期前2周及整个研究期间，有倒班工作安排，或前往2个以上时区外的地方出行者； 6. 经多导睡眠监测（Polysomnography, PSG），呼吸暂停低通气指数（Apnea Hypopnea Index, AHI）指数≥15次/小时，和/或周期性肢体运动指数伴随觉醒≥15次/小时，和/或发现快速眼动睡眠（Rapid Eye Movement, REM）肌电失迟缓现象，和/或梦境演绎行为； 7. 服用镇静安眠类药物时间≤3个月者，或正在参与其他治疗睡眠相关的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart liver kidney blood or respiratory system diseases; uncontrolled infectious diseases; 2. History of severe mental disorders (e.g. bipolar disorder schizophrenia etc.); 3. Individuals with infections or injuries near the selected acupoints that preclude acupuncture treatment; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Individuals with shift work schedules within the 2 weeks prior to screening and throughout the study period or those planning to travel to locations more than two time zones away; 6. Individuals with a polysomnography (PSG) results showing an apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) ≥ 15 events per hour and/or periodic limb movements accompanied by arousal ≥ 15 events per hour and/or rapid eye movement (REM) sleep with muscle atonia and/or dream-related behaviors; 7. Individuals who have been taking sedative-hypnotic medications for ≤3 months or are currently participating in other clinical trials related to sleep disorders.
