研究目的：

本研究针对老年癌症患者群体中郁证患者，采用随机对照临床试验，通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）、癌症患者生命质量量表（Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy，FACT）以及安全性指标，观察老年癌症患者推拿调神的临床疗效以及安全性，为推拿治疗老年癌症患者的郁证提供循证医学证据；为推拿调神在老年癌症患者群体中的推广应用提供详实可靠的临床数据；丰富中医学的科学内涵、扩大推拿在癌症临床中的应用；提高癌症综合治疗水平；节约医疗资源。

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed at patients with depression syndrome in elderly cancer patients, using randomized controlled clinical trials, through Hamilton Depression Scale (Hamilton Depression Scale, HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (Hamilton Anxiety Scale, HAMA), quality of life of cancer patients Table (Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy, FACT) and safety indicators, to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of massage in elderly cancer patients, to provide evidence-based medical evidence for massage treatment of depression in elderly cancer patients; The promotion and application of cancer patients provides detailed and reliable clinical data; enriches the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine, expands the application of massage in cancer clinics; improves the level of comprehensive cancer treatment; saves medical resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①被诊断为癌症患者； ②患者年龄≥65岁； ③原发肿瘤病情较平稳，ECOG评分≤3分，患者预期存活期≥6月 ④患者能正常交流，且不存在认知功能障碍； ⑤专科医生判断患者可能存在焦虑、抑郁等神志问题者； ⑥自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosed as a cancer patient; ②Patient age ≥65 years old; ③The condition of the primary tumor is relatively stable, the ECOG score is ≤3 points, and the patients expected survival period is ≥6 months. ④The patient can communicate normally and has no cognitive dysfunction; ⑤ The specialist determines that the patient may have mental problems such as anxiety or depression; ⑥Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①被诊断为反复发作的抑郁症、焦虑症者； ②6个月内接受过推拿调神治疗者； ③接受过认知功能障碍治疗者； ④合并中枢神经系统病变者； ⑤正在接受其他临床试验者； ⑥皮肤癌患者； ⑦使用可能影响情绪药物者； ⑧专科医生认为不适宜参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those diagnosed with recurring depression or anxiety; ②Those who have received massage therapy within 6 months; ③Those who have received treatment for cognitive dysfunction; ④Those with central nervous system lesions; ⑤Those who are undergoing other clinical trials; ⑥Skin cancer patients; ⑦Those who use drugs that may affect mood; ⑧Those who are deemed not suitable to participate in this study by specialist doctors.

由专职研究者按照1：1：1的比例将受试者随机分配到推拿调神组、微推拿组和常规护理组，采用SAS 9.3统计分析软件产生研究所需的随机方案。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在研究过程中采集的原始数据主要包括病例报告表、临床病历等，这些数据应满足可溯源要求，对相关手工数据需要妥善保存，严谨量表数据采集，纸质材料收集后及时双人录入Resman系统。
