研究目的：

以随机对照临床研究来评价清肠方治疗轻中度左半结肠型溃疡性结肠炎（活动期）的临床疗效和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of Qingchang Enema in mild-moderate left-sided Ulcerative colitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

轻中度左半结肠型溃疡性结肠炎（活动期）； 年龄在18-70岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mild-moderate left-sided Ulcerative colitis; 2. Aged 17-70 years.

排除标准：

1. 直肠型或广泛结肠型溃疡性结肠炎； 2. 溃疡性结肠肠炎活动期重度者； 3. 有并发症，如肠梗阻、肠穿孔、下消化道大出血、肛门周围病变者； 4. 既往有肠切除手术者； 5. 近1个月内使用过其他局部治疗溃疡性结肠炎药物者，如柳氮磺胺吡啶栓、美沙拉嗪栓、美沙拉嗪灌肠、糖皮质激素灌肠； 6. 近3个月内参加过其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. other type of UC; 2. severe UC; 3. patients with colectomy; 4. patients with complications of intestinal obstruction or intestinal perforation, etc. 5. patients who used enema or supporitory to treat UC in the past 1 month; 6. patients who joined other trials in the past 3 months.
