研究目的：

采用多中心、随机、对照试验设计，将通督调神针法与假针刺进行对照研究，明确脑卒中病针刺干预与否的疗效差别，探讨针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的优化方案。

Objectives of Study：

A multicenter, randomized, controlled trial design is adopted to conduct a controlled study between tongdu-modulated acupuncture and sham acupuncture, so as to clarify the therapeutic effect difference between acupuncture intervention and non-acupuncture in stroke patients, and to explore the optimal scheme of acupuncture for the treatment of ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入病例进行同等的基础治疗，通督调神针法组和假针刺组患者均为每日治疗一次，一周治疗5次，持续6周，共治疗30次。每次治疗留针30min，在留针期间，通督调神针法组每10min行针一次，每根针手动行针10秒，共行针3次；假针刺组每10min触碰针身一次，不行针刺手法刺激，共触碰3次。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The included patients receive the same basic treatment. Patients in the Tongdu acupuncture group and the sham acupuncture group are treated once a day, 5 times a week for 6 weeks, with a total of 30 times of treatment. The needle is retained for 30min each time. During the retention period, the needle is performed once every 10min in the group using the acupuncture method of tontuo anesthesia, and the needle was performed manually for 10 seconds for each needle, for a total of 3 times. In the sham acupuncture group, the needle body was touched once every 10min, but the stimulation of acupuncture manipulation was not allowed, and a total of 3 times were touched.

纳入标准：

1 缺血性脑卒中后3-14天患者； 2 年龄45-75岁； 3 具备民事行为能力，意识清楚，生命体征平稳，无明显智障，简易智能量表（Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE）评分在正常范围（正常界值：文盲>17分，小学>20分，初中及以上>24分），能配合针灸、康复训练及相关基础治疗； 4 卒中前改良 Rankin量表（Modified Rankin Score, mRS）评分 ≤1 分；发病后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（National Institute of Health stroke scale, NIHSS）评分在5-15之间； 5 了解试验并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients 3-14 days after ischemic stroke; 2. Patients aged 45-75 years; The mini mental state examination (MMSE) score was in the normal range (normal cut-off value: illiteracy > 17, primary school > 20, junior high school and above > 24), which could cooperate with acupuncture, rehabilitation training and related basic treatment; 4. Subjects with modified Rankin score (MRS) less than or equal to 1 before stroke; subjects with NIHSS score between 5 and 15 after stroke; 5. The subjects who knew about the experiment and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1 短暂性脑缺血发作，可逆性神经功能缺损； 2 经检查证实神经功能缺损由脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑出血、脑寄生虫等疾病引起者，脑卒中以外的其他原因的预期寿命小于1年患者； 3 针灸禁忌症患者，或脑卒中合并有严重循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、内分泌系统和造血系统等原发性疾病且常规用药无法控制的患者；合并肿瘤的患者，有严重感染、水、电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱的患者；或其他检查异常研究者判断不适合参与此试验的患者； 4 合并严重失语症、睡眠呼吸暂停、耳聋、严重认知障碍以至无法正常交流者；或正在参加其他临床研究试验者； 5 严重抑郁、焦虑患者，或有其他精神疾病的患者； 6 怀孕或计划怀孕的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Reversible neurological deficits in subjects with transient ischemic attack; 2. Patients with neurological deficit caused by brain tumor, brain trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, brain parasite and other diseases confirmed by examination have a life expectancy of less than one year due to other reasons other than stroke; 3. Patients with contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion, or stroke complicated with severe primary diseases such as circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, endocrine system and hematopoiesis system, which can not be controlled by conventional medication; patients complicated with tumor, patients with severe infection, water, electrolytes and acid-base balance disorder; or other abnormal examinations, the researchers judged that they were not suitable to participate in this test The patients who received the examination; 4. Patients with severe aphasia, sleep apnea, deafness, severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate normally; or those who are participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patients with severe depression, anxiety, or other mental diseases; 6. Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant.

数据采集使用纸质病历结合电子数据采集，研究者应保存受试者所有的详细原始记录，记录的数据应保证完整、及时、清晰。病例报告表、原始记录、医学记录等应清楚、详细并易被参加此临床研究的人员辨识。病例报告表及研究相关所有记录材料由专人保存，各个分中心医院保存正在进行的病例报告表，已完成病例报告表需送交课题承担单位。

Data collection uses paper medical records combined with electronic data collection. Researchers should keep all detailed original records of subjects, and the recorded data should be complete, timely and clear.
