研究目的：

1. 评价中医推拿与悬吊运动训练结合对胸腰段脊髓损伤颈部功能的影响。 2. 探讨胸腰段脊髓损伤患者康复训练中中医推拿与悬吊运动训练结合可行的组合方式。 3.探讨胸腰段脊髓损伤患者康复训练中中医推拿与悬吊运动训练结合的可行的规范性操作。 4.探讨进一步完善胸腰段脊髓损伤患者中西医临床康复的康复方案。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese massage combined with suspension exercise training on neck function of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury. 2. To explore the feasible combination of traditional Chinese massage and suspension exercise training in the rehabilitation training of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury. 3. To explore the feasible normative operation of combining traditional Chinese massage with suspension exercise training in the rehabilitation training of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury. 4. To further improve the rehabilitation program of TCM and Western medicine for patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①临床确诊为胸腰段脊髓损伤伴有颈椎病患者。 ②能够独立保持床边坐位2分钟以上。 ③患者神志清楚能够且主观愿意配合。 ④无肢体功能康复训练禁忌症和推拿禁忌症。 ⑤年龄在20岁以上、70岁以下患者

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury accompanied by cervical spondylosis were clinically diagnosed. ② Can independently keep the bedside seating position over 2 minutes. ③ The patient is conscious and willing to cooperate. ④ No contraindications to rehabilitation training and massage. ⑤ Patients aged over 20 years old and below 70 years old

排除标准：

①有相关肢体功能康复训练禁忌症和推拿禁忌症. ②患者不能配合或主观不愿配合的。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are related contraindications to limb function rehabilitation training and massage. ② Patients can not cooperate or subjective unwilling to cooperate.
