研究目的:

(1)通过获取受试者脑电数据,基于EEG微状态和复杂网络分析探索针刺即刻效应,构建学习模型得到针刺效应与大脑内部状态之间的关系。 (2)获取针刺作用下的脑网络神经动态数据,构建多尺度触觉获取、传导及感知模型。 (3)验证针刺不同穴位和针刺不同手法对大脑活动的影响,利用大脑的内部状态塑造触感,揭示不同针刺穴位及手法的神经动态编解码机制。

Objectives of Study:

(1) By acquiring EEG data from the subjects, the immediate effect of needling was explored based on EEG micro-state and complex network analysis, and a learning model was constructed to obtain the relationship between the effect of needling and the internal state of the brain. (2) To obtain neurodynamic data of brain networks under the effect of acupuncture and construct a multi-scale tactile acquisition, conduction and perception model. (3) To verify the effects of different acupuncture points and different acupuncture techniques on brain activity, and to use the internal state of the brain to shape the sense of touch and reveal the neural dynamic coding and decoding mechanisms of different acupuncture points and techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

纳入标准:

(1)身体健康的志愿者; (2)男性或女性; (3)年龄20-40岁; (4)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A volunteer who is in good health. (2) Male or female. (3) Aged 20-40 years. (4) Signed informed consent form.

排除标准:

(1)有心脑血管疾病及神经系统疾病史; (2)曾经或目前接受针刺治疗及服用镇静、抗癫痫等神经系统药物服用史等; (3)不能接受针灸治疗; (4)正在参与其他临床研究者; (5)妊娠、哺乳、月经期。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) A history of cardiovascular and neurological disorders. (2) History of previous or current acupuncture treatment and history of taking sedative, anti-epileptic and other neurological drugs, etc. (3) Unable to receive acupuncture treatment. (4) Those who are participating in other clinical studies. (5) Pregnancy, lactation, menstruation.
