研究目的：

验证合谷刺治疗维持性血液透析继发不宁腿综合征患者的临床疗效，为血液透析继发不宁腿综合征患者寻求新的有效的治疗方法，并在中医理论的指导下拓展《内经》刺法的临床应用。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical efficacy of Hegu needling in the treatment of patients with restless leg syndrome after maintenance hemodialysis to seek a new and effective treatment method for patients with restless leg syndrome after hemodialysis and to expand the clinical application of acupuncture methods in Neijing under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1） 符合不宁腿综合征诊断标准的维持性血液透析患者（接受持续规律血液透析治疗至少3个月）； （2）年龄≥20岁且≤70岁，性别不限； （3）IRLSS评分>10分(中度以上RLS)； （4）未接受过针灸治疗的患者； （5）患者自愿参加本课题研宄并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Maintenance hemodialysis patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for restless leg syndrome (receiving continuous regular hemodialysis treatment for at least 3 months); (2) Age ≥20 years old and ≤70 years old gender is not limited; (3) IRLSS score >10 points (moderate or above RLS); (4) Patients who have not received acupuncture treatment; (5) The patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）维持性血液透析前即有不宁腿综合征症状的患者； （2）下肢存在周围神经病变和血管问题的患者； （3）合并严重心、脑等并发症的患者； （4）伴有严重的精神症状； （5）入组前2 周内服用多巴胺激动剂、抗抑郁药、苯二氮卓类、抗癫痫类、抗组胺类等影响 RLS 症状的相关药物； （6）妊娠和哺乳期妇女； （7）不能进行针刺治疗的患者； （8）入组前3个月参加过或正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with symptoms of restless leg syndrome before maintenance hemodialysis; (2) Patients with peripheral neuropathy and vascular problems in the lower extremities; (3) Patients with severe heart brain and other complications; (4) accompanied by serious mental symptoms; (5) Dopamine agonists antidepressants benzodiazepines antiepileptics antihistamines and other related drugs affecting RLS symptoms were taken within 2 weeks before enrollment; (6) Pregnant and lactating women; (7) Patients who cannot undergo acupuncture treatment; (8) Have participated in or are participating in other clinical investigators in the 3 months before enrollment.

采用SPSS 25.0软件生成随机数字表，90例维持性血液透析继发不宁腿综合征患者按随机数字表随机分为对照组、治疗组。随机数字表和治疗方案打印出来后装入密封的不透明信封，将信封编号，入选患者按入选顺序与信封上编号匹配，以此进行随机分组。随机分组过程中，随机数字表的产生、受试者的纳入、病情的评估和随访过程分别由不同研究人员独立完成。在整个研究过程中，受试者、结果评估人员和进行数据分析的统计人员将对治疗分配不知情。 试验过程中，受试者被告知将接受相关治疗，但不知情自己接受的详细治疗方案，对受试者进行病情评估的专科医师在整个研究过程中只进行必要的交流和提问，尽可能做到客观评价。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

SPSS 25.0 software was used to generate a random number table. 90 patients with restless leg syndrome secondary to maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table. The random number table and treatment plan were printed out and put into sealed opaque envelopes numbered the envelopes and enrolled patients were randomly grouped by matching the numbers on the envelopes according to the order of inclusion. In the randomization process the generation of random number tables the inclusion of subjects the evaluation of disease conditions and the follow-up process were independently completed by different researchers. Throughout the study the subjects the outcome evaluators and the statisticians who conduct the data analysis will be unaware of the treatment assignment. During the study the subjects were told that they would receive relevant treatment but were not aware of the detailed treatment plan they were receiving. The specialists who assessed the subjects' condition only conducted necessary communication and questions throughout the study and made objective evaluation as far as possible.
