研究目的：

探讨电项针联合神经肌肉电刺激对卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of electroacupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation on dysphagia after Ischemic Stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）经CT或者MRI检查证实为脑梗死，并且发病部位在大脑半球； （2）发病2周-6个月； （3）神智清楚，生命体征平稳； （4）洼田氏饮水测试Ⅱ级以上(包括Ⅱ级)，且经吞咽造影检查（VFSS）明确存在吞咽障碍； （5）年龄45岁以上，75岁以下，男女均可； （6）签署进入研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Cerebral infarction was confirmed by CT or MRI, and the location of the disease was in the cerebral hemisphere. (2) Disease course: 2 weeks to 6 months; (3) The patient's vital signs are stable and sane; (4) Water drinking test in depression is greater than grade II (including grade II), and by swallowing examination of videofluroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) clearly exist dysphagia; (5) Aged 30 to 75 years, both male and female; (6) Sign an informed consent to enter the study.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或处于哺乳期的妇女； （2）合并有完全性运动性失语或感觉性失语者咽喉部局部病变如甲状腺疾患、局部感染、溃疡等； （3）血压过高者(>180/120mmHg)或血糖过高者（>11.1mmol/L）； （4）有出血倾向等影响针刺安全者； （5）合并严重的肾、肝、心、血液和内分泌系统疾病者； （6）智力低下,有精神症状不能配合治疗者； （7）气管切开者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with complete motor aphasia or sensory aphasia or have a throat disease such as thyroid diseases, local infections, ulcers, etc. (3) High blood pressure (>180/120mmHg) or hyperglycemia (>11.1mmol/L); (4) Bleeding tendency to affect acupuncture safety; (5) Patients with severe kidney, liver, heart, blood and endocrine diseases; (6) Mental retardation, mental symptoms can not be combined with treatment; (7) A tracheotomy.
