研究目的：

1.探讨腹部推拿干预CTTH 的外周作用机制，验证假说：腹部推拿通过在腹部施加特定的机械力，刺激腹部内脏神经丛和胃窦部，促进β -内啡肽的分泌和抑制交感神经的兴奋性，降低外周伤害性感受器的敏感性，改从而善头痛。 2.比较头颈肩局部推拿与腹部远端推拿治疗CTTH 的作用机理异同及探讨其相互关系。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the mechanism of abdominal massage intervention on CTTH and verify the hypothesis that abdominal massage can stimulate the abdominal visceral plexus and antrum by exerting specific mechanical force on the abdomen, promote the secretion of beta-endorphin and inhibit the excitability of sympathetic nerve, reduce the sensitivity of peripheral noxious receptors, and improve headache; 2. To compare the mechanism of local massage of head, neck and shoulder with that of distal abdominal massage in the treatment of CTTH and to explore the relationship between them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合伴有颅周肌肉疾患的慢性紧张性头痛的诊断标准。 2.年龄在20－70 岁之间。 3.头痛影响测定-6 （HIT-6）评分=（49,60）。 4.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic tension headache with pericranial muscle diseases; 2. Aged from 20 to 70 years; 3. Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6) score (49,60); 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.颅内病变引起的头痛 2.伴有脊髓型等较严重或处于急性水肿期的颈椎病患者 3.伴有活动期胃、12指肠溃疡，或腹腔内肿瘤、结核、炎症、水肿、腹主动脉瘤、下腔静脉血栓、滤器等腹腔血管疾患等其他较严重的腹腔疾患、妇科疾患者 4.伴有较严重的心脏病或高血压患者 5.妊娠期和经期女性 6.精神病患者 7.因耳、眼、鼻、齿等五官疾病而致头痛的患者 8.头颈肩部、腹部有皮肤损伤，不宜施行手法治疗者 9.无行为能力者或无法独立完成读写者 10.研究人员认为不宜参加本研究的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Headache caused by intracranial lesions; 2. Cervical spondylosis with severe or acute edema of spinal cord type; 3. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or abdominal neoplasms, tuberculosis, inflammation, edema, abdominal aortic aneurysm, inferior vena cava thrombosis, filter and other abdominal vascular diseases are more serious; 4. Patients with severe heart disease or hypertension; 5. Women during pregnancy and menstruation; 6. Psychiatric patients; 7. A patient with headache caused by diseases of the ears, eyes, nose and teeth; 8. Skin injuries in head, neck, shoulder and abdomen should not be treated with massage; 9. A person who is incapacitated or unable to read and write independently; 10. Other circumstances that the researchers considered inappropriate to participate in the study.
