研究目的：

1. 明确健脾中药对全膝关节置换术（TKA）术后核心肌群及胃肠功能康复的影响。 2. 在上一步的基础上结合文献研究、问卷调查、召开专家论证会等，研制出“TKA 术后核心肌群及胃肠功能中医特色快速康复方案” 。 3. 扩大样本量，明确“TKA 术后核心肌群及胃肠功能中医特色快速康复方案”在 TKA围术期管理中的临床应用前景。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the effect of spleen-strengthening traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of core muscle group and gastrointestinal function after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). 2. On the basis of the previous step, combined with literature research, questionnaire survey, holding expert demonstration meetings, etc., developed a ''Traditional Chinese Medicine Rapid Rehabilitation Program for Core Muscle Groups and Gastrointestinal Function after TKA''. 3. Expand the sample size to clarify the clinical application prospects of the ''Traditional Chinese Medicine Rapid Rehabilitation Program for Core Muscle Groups and Gastrointestinal Function after TKA'' in the perioperative management of TKA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合上述 KOA 诊断标准，临床分期为晚期， X 线 K/L 分级为Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级的患者； 2.年龄 65-80 岁，男女不限，行走及上下楼梯明显受限； 3.各种保守治疗无效半年以上，初次单侧行 TKA 且术后中医诊断为脾虚证的患者； 4.愿意接受研究，签署临床研究知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the above KOA diagnostic criteria, the clinical stage is advanced, and the X-ray K/L grading is grade III or grade IV; 2. Aged 65-80 years, no gender limit, obviously restricted in walking and going up and down stairs; 3. Patients who have been ineffective in various conservative treatments for more than half a year, underwent TKA for the first time and were diagnosed with spleen deficiency syndrome after surgery; 4. Those who are willing to accept the research and sign the informed consent for clinical research.

排除标准：

1.有严重心、脑、肺、肾等器质性疾病、血液病及其他全身感染性疾病者； 2.有其他炎症性表现，如类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等慢性炎症性疾病； 3.术后出现全身炎症反应综合征，并发脓毒血症者； 4.不能配合按规定用药，无法判定疗效和安全性者； 5.有出血倾向、精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe heart, brain, lung, kidney and other organic diseases, blood diseases and other systemic infectious diseases; 2. Other inflammatory manifestations, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other chronic inflammatory diseases; 3. Patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome and sepsis after operation; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the prescribed medication and cannot determine the efficacy and safety; 5. Patients with bleeding tendency and mental illness.
