研究目的：

前期针对卒中后运动功能患者的康复需求，研制出康复外骨骼机器人等相关 训练评估系统和传统运动训练与治疗系统等，实现康复运动自适应调节、参数实 时反馈、康复任务个性订制与评估、虚拟训练场景等，为建立康复评价与训练的 规范与标准和建立基于多信息系统整合技术的中医康复大数据平台并开展示范 应用奠定基础。而后开展针刺结合新型康复设备对于缺血性卒中后运动功能障碍 的临床研究与疗效评价，以验证该新型中医康复设备能有效改善缺血性卒中后患 者的运动功能障碍。

Objectives of Study：

In the early stage, according to the rehabilitation needs of patients with motor function after stroke, the rehabilitation exoskeleton robot and other related training evaluation systems and traditional exercise training and treatment systems were developed to achieve adaptive adjustment of rehabilitation exercise, real-time parameter feedback, personalized rehabilitation task customization and evaluation, virtual training scenes, etc. It lays a foundation for the establishment of rehabilitation evaluation and training norms and standards and the establishment of TCM rehabilitation big data platform based on multi-information system integration technology and demonstration application. Then the clinical research and efficacy evaluation of acupuncture combined with the new rehabilitation equipment for motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke were carried out to verify that the new TCM rehabilitation equipment can effectively improve the motor dysfunction of patients after ischemic stroke.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合 1995 年全国第四届脑血管学术会议制定的脑梗死诊断标准；②病程６个月以内；③经内科治疗，生命体征平稳者；④签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者；⑤18 岁≤年龄≤75 岁；⑥首次发病或既往卒中但无后遗症的患者；⑦Brunnstrom 分期在Ⅰ～Ⅳ期，改良的 Ashworth 分级为 0～3 级； 注：同时符合以上 7 项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction established by the fourth National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference in 1995. ② Course of disease within 6 months; ③ Patients with stable vital signs after medical treatment; ④ Sign informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily; ⑤ ≤ 18 years old ≤75 years old; ⑥ Patients with first onset or previous stroke without sequelae;⑦ Brunnstrom stage ⅰ ~ ⅳ and Ashworth stage 0 ~ 3; Note: Patients who meet the above 7 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.

排除标准：

①因脑出血、或其他脑病如脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病等引起的运动功能 障碍者；②康复过程中出现严重并发症或再次脑卒中者；③严重语言功能障碍、精神行为障碍以致妨碍评估进行的脑卒中后遗症患者；④具有其他影响患者认知功能的神经系统疾病：如血管性痴呆、帕金森病、 癫痫等,且 MMSE 评分，且 MMSE 评分，文盲＜17 分，小学＜20 分，初中及以上＜ 24 分；⑤体内有金属植入物者； 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，均予以排除

Exclusion criteria：

① Motor dysfunction caused by cerebral hemorrhage, or other brain diseases such as brain tumor, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases; (2) patients with serious complications or recurrent stroke during rehabilitation; ③ Stroke sequelae patients with severe language dysfunction and mental behavior disorders that hinder the assessment; ④other neurological diseases affecting cognitive function of patients, such as vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and MMSE score, and MMSE score, illiteracy < 17 points, primary school < 20 points, junior high school and above < 24 points; ⑤ With metal implants in the body; Note: All patients who met any of the above criteria were excluded
