研究目的：

本研究将各类肝病肝活检病理学特征（微观），主要是肝细胞，汇管区，中央静脉，肝窦等病理反应作为主要结局指标，与面诊、舌诊特征（宏观）进行相关分析及深度学习。利用人工智能深度学习方法，挖掘中医证候的病理学基础，建立宏观-微观辨证体系。

Objectives of Study：

This study takes the pathological characteristics (microscopic) of liver biopsy for various liver diseases mainly including liver cells portal areas central veins hepatic sinusoids etc. as the main outcome indicators and conducts correlation analysis and deep learning with the facial and tongue diagnostic features (macroscopic). By using the deep learning method of artificial intelligence the pathological basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes is explored and a macroscopic-microscopic syndrome differentiation system is established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-75岁之间，男女不限； 2. 于肝病科住院行肝脏穿刺活检的患者； 3. 病例资料完整准确，可靠性强； 4. 签署知情同意书，自愿参加本临床研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old gender not restricted. 2. Patients who have undergone liver biopsy through hospitalization in the liver disease department. 3. Complete and accurate case data with high reliability. 4. Signed informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this clinical study.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠期妇女； 2. 精神疾病或痴呆患者，对自我症状叙述不清、调查不合作、无法配合填写问卷者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with mental disorders or dementia those who are unable to clearly describe their own symptoms are uncooperative during the survey and cannot cooperate in filling out the questionnaire.
