研究目的：

以“二步十法”推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，对治疗前后的临床疗效进行评价，观察“二步十法”推拿手法对于腰椎间盘突出症症状改善的效果，为天池伤科流派特色疗法临床疗效评价提供支持，为腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of "two steps and ten methods" massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to observe the effect of "two steps and ten methods" massage on the improvement of symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, so as to provide support for clinical efficacy evaluation of characteristic therapy in Tianchi traumatology department and provide reference for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合本病西医诊断标准； （2）符合本病中医辨证标准； （3）年龄18～60岁，男性或女性； （4）30%≤腰椎功能活动障碍指数（ODI）评分≤80%的患者； （5）30mm≤腰腿疼痛评分≤80mm的患者； （6）就诊时1周内未用NSAIDs类消炎镇痛药及其他治疗本病的药物； （7）知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It was in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; (2) According to the syndrome differentiation standard of TCM; (3) The age ranged from 18 to 60 years old, male or female; (4) Patients with 30% <= lumbar disability index (ODI) score <= 80%; (5) The patients whose waist and leg pain score <= 30mm <= 80mm; (6) No NSAIDs and other anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs were used in the first week; (7) Informed consent and sign informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （2）过敏体质者或对本药过敏者； （3）手术后复发性腰椎间盘突出症； （4）无症状腰椎间盘突出，非椎间盘源性腰腿痛； （5）腰椎间盘突出症合并马尾神经综合征、脊髓圆锥综合征； （6）腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎肿瘤或结核、Ⅱ0以上腰椎滑脱、腰椎管狭窄症、强直性脊柱炎、严重骨质疏松症； （7）腰椎间盘突出症合并严重高血压病、心脏病及其他器官或系统严重原发性疾患，精神病患者； （8）由于偏头痛、骨关节痛等全身其他部位的急慢性疼痛而影响患者对疼痛的描述者； （9）近期接受过硬膜外封闭、各种介入治疗和手术治疗者； （10）已知对腰痹通胶囊过敏者； （11）合并有心肝肾（ALT、AST≥正常上限，Cr>正常上限）、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病、癫痫患者； （12）三个月内参加过其他临床试验的患者； （13）研究者认为不宜入选本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) People with allergic constitution or allergic to this drug; (3) Recurrent lumbar disc herniation after operation; (4) Asymptomatic lumbar disc herniation, non discogenic low back pain; (5) Lumbar disc herniation complicated with cauda equina syndrome and conus medullaris syndrome; (6) Lumbar disc herniation combined with lumbar tumor or tuberculosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis above II 0, lumbar spinal stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis and severe osteoporosis; (7) Lumbar disc herniation with severe hypertension, heart disease and other organs or systems of serious primary diseases, mental patients; (8) Acute and chronic pain in other parts of the body, such as migraine, bone and joint pain, affects the patient's description of pain; (9) Those who have received epidural block, interventional therapy and operation recently; (10) Known allergy to Yaobitong capsule; (11) Patients with heart, liver and kidney (ALT, AST >= normal upper limit, Cr > normal upper limit), hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, psychosis, epilepsy; (12) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within three months; (13) The researchers considered that it was not suitable for this study.
