研究目的：

比较艾灸同一热敏态穴位（腰阳关）,不同疾病（背肌筋膜疼痛综合征 VS 腰椎间盘突出症）脑功能性磁共振表现差异，探索艾灸热敏态穴位调节脑区疼痛矩阵的中枢响应脑功能机.

Objectives of Study：

We compare the difference of fMRI in different diseases (MPS VS LDH) when moxibustion at heat-sensitized Yaoyangguan (DU3), to explore the central response brain function mechanism of moxibustion at the heat-sensitized acupoint to regulate the pain matrix in the brain region.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄 16～60 岁；右利手； 患者神志正常，行为配合，言语清晰， 能正确表达灸感； 改良日本骨科学会下腰痛评分量表（M-JOA）＞10； 腰阳关穴出现穴位热敏现象。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 16-60 years; 2. Right handed patients; 3. The patient's consciousness is normal, the behavior is coordinated, the speech is clear, can correctly express the moxibustion feeling; 4. Patients whose M-JOA > 10; 5. Patients with acupoint heat sensitivity at Yaoyangguan point.

排除标准：

出现单根神经麻痹或马尾神经麻痹，表现为肌肉瘫痪或出现直肠、 膀胱症状； 合并其他原因所致腰椎管狭窄及占位性病变，或腰椎肿瘤、 感染、结核等； 合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者； 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 晕灸者或对艾灸排斥者； 磁共振检测规定的禁止情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with single nerve palsy or cauda equina paralysis showed muscle paralysis or rectal and bladder symptoms; 2. Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and space occupying lesions caused by other reasons, or lumbar tumor, infection, tuberculosis, etc; 3. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular system, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as psychosis; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with moxibustion dizziness or rejection of moxibustion; 6. Patients who are prohibited by magnetic resonance testing.
