研究目的：

运用浮针联合再灌注活动治疗腰椎间盘突出致疼痛，观察其临床疗效，为浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供有效的科学证据，为腰椎间盘突出致疼痛的患者缩短住院周期提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Using floating needle combined with reperfusion activity to treat pain caused by lumbar disc herniation to observe its clinical effect to provide effective scientific evidence for floating needle treatment of lumbar disc herniation and to provide reference for shortening hospitalization period for patients with pain caused by lumbar disc herniation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准，以疼痛为主要症状； （2）年龄20至50周岁； （3）近1个月未进行过针灸推拿治疗者； （4）依从性好，愿意配合研究，患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation with pain as the main symptom; (2) Aged between 20 and 50; (3) Those who have not undergone acupuncture and massage treatment for nearly 1 month; (4) Good compliance willing to cooperate with the study patients sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； （2）合并严重原发疾病（如心血管、造血系统等疾病）； （3）有智力及精神障碍不能配合治疗者； （4）对针具金属、医用胶布、医用酒精过敏者，严重瘢痕体质者； （5）严重骨质疏松、腰椎骨折或滑脱等重度腰椎间盘突出患者； （6）正在参加其他临床试验者。 注：凡符合上述任何一条的受试者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) combined with serious primary diseases (such as cardiovascular hematopoietic and other diseases); (3) Persons with intellectual and mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment; (4) Allergic to needle metal medical tape medical alcohol and severe cicatricial constitution; (5) Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation such as severe osteoporosis lumbar fracture or slip; (6) Those who are participating in other clinical trials. Note: Subjects who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.

Simple randomization method was adopted. The subjects were numbered 1-100 successively. Starting from any number in the random number table a random number for each experimental unit was obtained sequentially in the same direction. The random number was divided by the number of groups and divided into groups according to division and non-division.
