研究目的：

分析糖尿病胃肠功能障碍内脏敏感性异常的特点，探讨经皮电刺激能否改善糖尿病胃肠功能障碍患者的内脏敏感性及其可能的机制。

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the characteristics of abnormal visceral sensitivity in patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction and to explore whether transcutaneous electrical acustimulation can improve visceral sensitivity in patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction and its possible mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-75周岁；2. 在内分泌科就诊的2型糖尿病患者，符合2020《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》的诊断标准；3. 胃肠功能障碍诊断参照罗马Ⅳ标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. Patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the endocrinology department meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes; 3. Diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction according to Rome IV criteria.

排除标准：

1. 1型糖尿病患者及血糖大于300mg/dl而未控制的患者；2. 糖尿病发病前已有胃肠道功能障碍相关症状者；3. 既往有胃肠道器质性疾病及胃肠道手术史、脊柱手术史；4. 严重心脑血管疾病及其他全身性器质疾病：如脊髓损伤、恶性肿瘤等；5. 严重精神障碍和认知功能障碍；6. 原发性自主神经功能障碍患者；7. 哺乳及妊娠女性；8.皮肤对电极片过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled blood glucose greater than 300mg/dl; 2. Patients with symptoms related to gastrointestinal dysfunction before the onset of diabetes; 3. Previous history of gastrointestinal organic diseases gastrointestinal surgery and spinal surgery; 4. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other systemic organ diseases: such as spinal cord injury malignant tumor etc.; 5. Severe mental disorder and cognitive dysfunction; 6. Patients with primary autonomic dysfunction; 7. Breastfeeding and pregnant women; 8. Skin allergic to the electrode.

The data were filled out by the researchers to the case report form and the research coordinator regularly checked the authenticity and reliability of the data.
