研究目的：

通过对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量、中医体质进行横断面调查，了解维持性血液透析睡眠障碍患者的中医体质分布情况。并探讨基于体质辨识的中医五音疗法对维持性血液透析睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量影响。

Objectives of Study：

Through the cross-sectional investigation of sleep quality and TCM constitution in patients with maintenance hemodialysis, the distribution of TCM constitution in patients with maintenance hemodialysis sleep disorder was investigated. To explore the influence of TCM five-tone therapy based on constitution identification on sleep quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis sleep disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

音乐干预纳入标准： ①第一阶段完成筛查的患者。 ②符合睡眠障碍国际分类第三版本(ICSD-3)睡眠障碍诊断标准； ③5分<PSQI评分≤10分； ④运用中医体质量表测定为本研究存在睡眠障碍的主要体质者； ⑤神志清楚，能正常沟通且病情相对平稳； ⑥知情同意且自愿完善相关评估； ⑦听力正常，可接受干预者；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for music intervention: ① Patients who completed the screening in the first stage. ② Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition (ICSD-3); ③ PSQI score > 5 and ≤ 10; ④ Those determined to be the main constitutions with sleep disorders in this study by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Questionnaire; ⑤ Conscious, able to communicate normally and have a relatively stable condition; ⑥ Informed consent and voluntarily complete the relevant assessment; ⑦ Normal hearing and acceptable for intervention.

排除标准：

①不能配合完成干预者； ②排除主要因瘙痒、关节痛影响睡眠者 ③合并恶性肿瘤、结核、近期手术、严重感染、重大精神障碍等； ④需每日服用助眠类药物者； ⑤正在参加其他临床试验且对本课题存在潜在影响者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who cannot cooperate to complete the intervention; ② Exclude those whose sleep is mainly affected by itching and joint pain; ③ Those with combined malignant tumors, tuberculosis, recent surgeries, severe infections, major mental disorders, etc.; ④ Those who need to take sleep-aid drugs daily; ⑤ Those who are participating in other clinical trials and have potential impacts on this subject;

采取分层随机设计，并考虑不同年龄段、医院的因素，使用python统计软件，将66名患者均分为普通音乐组、五音音乐组、基于体质辨识的五音音乐组。
