研究目的：

通过观察揿针耳穴治疗前后中医症候评分表积分的变化以及舌苔菌群相关指标变化来求证揿针疗效和观察揿针耳穴对于吸烟人群功能性消化不良（Functional dyspepsia，FD）在口腔微生态菌群方面的影响，探讨揿针耳穴治疗吸烟人群功能性消化不良可能的作用机制，讨论口腔微生态与吸烟及功能性消化不良之间的联系。

Objectives of Study：

By observing the changes of the Chinese medicine symptom score before and after snap-prick auricular acupoint treatment and the changes of the relevant indexes of tongue flora to prove the efficacy of snap-prick therapy and observing the effects of snap-prick auricular acupoints on the oral microecological flora of Functional dyspepsia (FD) of smokers to explore the possible mechanism of snap-prick auricular acupoints for the treatment of functional dyspepsia of smokers and discuss the relationship between snap-prick auricular acupoints and smoking and functional dyspepsia. To explore the possible mechanism of oral microflora in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in smokers with snap-acupuncture and to discuss the association between oral microflora and smoking and functional dyspepsia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1）符合尼古丁依赖及罗马Ⅳ的诊断标准：； 2）符合2017年FD中医诊疗专家共识意见及第十版《中医内科学》教材中关于“胃痞”、“胃脘痛”病的诊断标准； 3）年龄在 18~65 周岁之间； 4）吸烟类型仅限于卷烟，吸烟量≥10 支/天，吸烟史≥1 年； 5）功能性消化不良症状出现在吸烟之后； 6）取舌苔标本前 3 个月内无口腔疾患及基础治疗史； 7）近 4 周内未服用与 FD 治疗有关的药物或其他相关治疗； 8）神志清楚，认知状况良好，表达清晰。 同时满足上述8条件方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: Participants must meet all eight criteria to be eligible for inclusion: 1）Diagnostic Criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for nicotine dependence and Rome IV functional dyspepsia (FD); 2）Conforms to the 2017 Expert Consensus on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of FD and the diagnostic criteria for "Wei Pi" (epigastric fullness) and "Wei Wan Tong" (epigastric pain) outlined in the 10th Edition of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 3）Age Range: Aged 18–65 years (inclusive). 4）Smoking History: Exclusive cigarette smoking (no other tobacco products); Smoking quantity ≥10 cigarettes/day; Smoking history ≥1 year. 5）Symptom Temporality: Onset of functional dyspepsia symptoms occurred after smoking initiation. 6）Oral Health: No history of oral diseases or baseline treatments within 3 months prior to tongue coating sample collection. 7）Medication Exclusion: No use of FD-related medications or other relevant treatments within the past 4 weeks. 8）Cognitive Status: Clear consciousness intact cognitive function and ability to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1）不符合上述诊断及纳入标准者； 2）有胃肠道手术史或胃肠器质性疾病； 3）有严重的心、肝、肾及代谢性障碍疾病，符合急危重症诊断标准者； 4）近 3 个月内有口腔牙周病史及相关用药史； 5）存在意识不清或认知功能障碍，或伴有精神障碍疾病； 6）近 4 周内有服用与 FD 治疗有关的药物或其他相关治疗者； 7）近 4 周内有采取戒烟相关措施治疗的患者 8）不能耐受针刺疗法的患者； 9）正在参加其他临床研究者； 满足上述任意一条予以排除

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1）Non-Conformance: Failure to meet any of the aforementioned diagnostic or inclusion criteria. 2）History of gastrointestinal surgery; 3）Presence of gastrointestinal organic diseases (e.g. peptic ulcer inflammatory bowel disease). Systemic Comorbidities:Severe cardiac hepatic renal or metabolic disorders (e.g. diabetes with complications); Diagnosed with acute/critical illnesses requiring urgent intervention. 4）Oral Health History: History of oral periodontal disease or relevant medication use within the past 3 months. 5）Cognitive/Psychiatric Exclusions: Impaired consciousness or cognitive dysfunction (e.g. dementia severe learning disabilities); Diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g. schizophrenia bipolar disorder). 6）Medication/Treatment Exclusions: Use of FD-related medications or therapies within the past 4 weeks; 7）Recent smoking cessation interventions (e.g. nicotine replacement therapy varenicline) within the past 4 weeks. 8）Acupuncture Intolerance: History of adverse reactions to acupuncture or contraindications to needle insertion. 9）Concurrent Research Participation: Active enrollment in other clinical trials.

由刘祎将所纳入的吸烟FD患者利用统计分析软件SPSS26.0按1:1比例随机分组为a、b两组，编号为a组（实验组）的患者为揿针耳穴组，b组（对照组）为揿针假耳穴组。

The included patients with smoking FD were randomly grouped by LiuYi into two groups a and b in a 1:1 ratio using the statistical analysis software SPSS 26.0 with patients numbered in group a (experimental group) being the snap ear point group and group b (control group) being the snap fake ear point group.
