研究目的：

评价基于中医辨证施护的乳腺癌术后患者居家数字化自我护理康复方案在改善术后患者的健康促进行为、自我护理能力、焦虑症状及中医症状方面的安全性和有效性的自身前后对照预实验，为今后在多研究中心开展随机平行、双盲对照试验做准备，为乳腺癌术后患者的居家康复提供一种可靠、安全、方便、有效的线上干预与管理办法。

Objectives of Study：

An own pre-post controlled pre-trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of an at-home digital self-care rehabilitation program for postoperative breast cancer patients based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) evidence-based care in improving postoperative patients' health promotion behaviors, self-care competence, anxiety symptoms, and TCM symptoms, in order to prepare for a future randomized, parallel, double-blind, controlled trial at a multi-study center, and to provide a reliable, safe, convenient, and effective online intervention and management approach for postoperative breast cancer patients at home.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

病人病理、影像学表现等方面均符合原发性乳腺癌的0期～Ⅲ期诊断标准；行乳腺癌根治术、保乳术后继续接收化放疗者；年龄≥18岁，且≤60岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients met the diagnostic criteria of stage 0 to stage III of primary breast cancer in terms of pathology and imaging manifestations; those who continued to receive chemoradiation after radical mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer; and those who were ≥18 years old and ≤60 years old.

排除标准：

乳腺良性病变；乳房重建术者；合并严重心、肺等疾病者；拒绝出院后通过电话、入户及智能设备随访者；无智能手机者；不具备有效沟通能力者；有精神障碍或认知障碍者；正在参与疾病相关的其他科学研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Benign breast lesions; those who have breast reconstruction; those who have a combination of serious heart and lung diseases; those who refuse to be followed up by telephone, in-home and smart devices after discharge from the hospital; those who do not have a smartphone; those who do not have the ability to communicate effectively; those who have a mental disorder or cognitive impairment; and those who are participating in other scientific research related to the disease.

根据纳入与排除标准，于2024年9月10日至11月30日期间，对进入湖南省中西医结合医院并即将进入放化疗阶段的乳腺癌术后患者进行编号，采用基于微信移动程序平台的乳腺癌术后患者居家康复方案进行延续性康复护理干预2个月，进行自身前后对照预试验。

According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria between September 10 and November 30 2024 postoperative breast cancer patients who entered Hunan Provincial Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and were about to enter the stage of radiotherapy were numbered and their own before-and-after controlled pre-test was conducted by using the WeChat mobile program platform-based at-home rehabilitation program for postoperative breast cancer patients to carry out the continuity of rehabilitative nursing interventions for 2 months.
