研究目的：

（1）评估电针改善 LDH 缓解期患者疼痛及活动受限的临床疗效，获得高质量的针灸临床证据。 （2）从电生理角度揭示电针对 LDH 缓解期患者脑功能的影响，进一步探讨电针改善 LDH 缓解期潜在机制

Objectives of Study：

(1) To assess the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in improving pain and activity limitation in patients with LDH in remission and to obtain high-quality clinical evidence of acupuncture. (2) To reveal the effects of electroacupuncture on brain function in patients with LDH in remission from the electrophysiological point of view and to further explore the potential mechanism of electroacupuncture to improve LDH in remission.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合腰椎间盘突出症西医诊断和缓解期诊断标准；②CT 或 MRI 检查支持腰椎间盘突出，且突出节段为 L3~S1；③18 岁≤年龄＜60 岁；④右利手；⑤能配合EEG 采集；⑥签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the western medical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation and the diagnostic criteria of remission stage; ② CT or MRI examination supports lumbar disc herniation and the herniated segment is L3~S1; ③ 18 years old ≤ age <60 years old; ④ right-handed; ⑤ able to cooperate with the EEG collection; ⑥ sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①明确的腰椎手术适应证者；②妊娠期妇女；③合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾疾病和严重精神心理疾病者；④由于其他急慢性疼痛而影响疼痛客观量表评价；⑤不能坚持针刺和电针治疗

Exclusion criteria：

(1) clear indications for lumbar spine surgery; (2) pregnant women; (3) people with severe cardiovascular cerebral and cerebral vascular hepatic and renal diseases and severe psychiatric disorders; (4) people with other acute and chronic pains affecting the evaluation of pain objective scale; (5) people who can't adhere to the acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatments.
