研究目的：

评价电针防治根治性子宫切除术后尿潴留的有效性及安全性，为临床治疗提供有效的中医适宜技术方案；制定电针治疗该病的规范化诊疗方案并在临床加以推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture in preventing and treating urinary retention after radical hysterectomy and to provide effective and appropriate technical scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)行根治性子宫切除术和盆腔淋巴清扫术的患者；(2)愿意参与并签署知情同意书，能够与研究者良好交流及遵照整个试验要求。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients undergoing radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy;(2) willing to participate and sign informed consent able to communicate well with investigators and comply with the overall trial requirements.

排除标准：

（1）严重的全身或神经系统疾病患者(如严重高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、癫痫等)；（2）严重的传染性疾病患者；（3）术前有排尿异常、尿路感染或结石病史；（4）术前放疗或化疗；（5）安装心脏起搏器；（6）拒绝接受针灸治疗；（7）因精神异常或认知障碍不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe systemic or nervous system diseases (such as severe hypertension diabetes heart disease epilepsy etc.);(2) Patients with severe infectious diseases;(3) Patients with abnormal urination urinary tract infection or stone history before surgery;(4) Patients with preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy;(5) Patients with cardiac pacemaker;(6) Patients who refuse acupuncture treatment(7)Patients who cannot cooperate due to mental disorders or cognitive disorders.
