研究目的：

采用随机对照试验明确腹部推拿治疗痉挛性斜颈（ST）的疗效并通过高通量测序技术探究其治疗机制，为腹部推拿治疗ST提供高质量临床证据。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial is adopted to clarify the curative effect of abdominal massage in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis (ST) and its treatment mechanism is explored through high-throughput sequencing technology so as to provide high-quality clinical evidence for abdominal massage in the treatment of ST.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

腹部推拿组患者在入院至出院的14天时间内，在病房进行为期2周（每周5天）的腹部推拿。患者取仰卧位，参照《王金贵津沽脏腑推拿心法》选用层按法治疗。施术者位于左侧，以左手食指掌指关节掌面附着于受术者特定部位或穴位，右手小鱼际或掌根叠压于食指掌指关节背面，随受术者呼气着力按压，力量由轻到重逐渐增加，待受术者双下肢出现酸、凉、麻、胀等得气感后结束手法。假腹部推拿组接受假腹部推拿治疗，患者取仰卧位，施术者位于左侧，右手叠于左手上轻按压于患者腹部。2周疗程出院后，嘱患者于痉挛性斜颈门诊及国医堂门诊进行同样的治疗，持续8周。

In the 14 days from admission to discharge, patients in the abdominal massage group received abdominal massage for two weeks (five days a week) in the ward. The patient takes the supine position. Referring to "Wang Jingui's Jingu Zangfu Massage Mind Method", the layered pressing method is selected for treatment. The operator is on the left side. The palmar surface of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the left index finger is attached to a specific part or acupoint of the recipient. The hypothenar or palm root of the right hand is stacked on the back of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the index finger. Press forcefully with the exhalation of the recipient. The force gradually increases from light to heavy. The manipulation ends after the recipient's lower limbs have a sense of obtaining qi such as soreness, coolness, numbness, and swelling. The sham abdominal massage group received sham abdominal massage treatment. The patient takes the supine position. The operator is on the left side. 纳入标准：

1.原发性ST患者； 2.年龄≥18岁，性别不限； 3.入组前3个月未接受过肉毒毒素注射、脑深部电刺激等治疗； 4.使用爱丁堡利手量表测试为右利手； 5.自愿接受治疗，并签署知情同意书。同时符合以上标准方可纳入； 6.无其他严重的神经或精神疾病； 7.签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with primary ST; 2. age ≥18 years gender is not limited; 3. had not received treatment such as botulinum toxin injection or deep brain electrical stimulation in the 3 months prior to enrollment; 4. tested as right-handed using the Edinburgh Sharp Hand Scale; 5. voluntarily accepting the treatment and signing the informed consent form. Inclusion was only possible if the above criteria were met at the same time; 6. no other serious neurological or psychiatric disorders; 7. sign an informed consent form. 排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with dystonia manifestations in other parts than the neck; 2. Those with organic lesions in the head and neck found after head and neck MRI and CT plain film examinations; 3. Those with more serious physical and mental diseases such as schizophrenia liver failure etc.; 4. Pregnant or lactating women or patients who plan to be pregnant during the study period; 5. Those with abdominal aortic aneurysm found by abdominal aortic color Doppler ultrasound; 6. Patients with skin damage or diseases at the treatment site.

随机化操作者独立操作，采用R软件（4.4.0，RStudio-2024.04.1-748）中R包（blockrand）进行随机，设置种子为123，分配比例为1：1，方便后续复现随机结果。将区组随机的结果装入不透光的信封中，每一个新患者进入研究时，拆开一个信封，根据信封里的分配方案入组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The randomization operator operates independently. Randomization is performed using the R package (blockrand) in R software (version 4.4.0 RStudio-2024.04.1-748). The seed is set to 123 and the allocation ratio is 1:1 to facilitate the subsequent reproduction of random results. The results of block randomization are put into opaque envelopes. When each new patient enters the study an envelope is opened and the patient is enrolled according to the allocation scheme in the envelope.

盲法：

考虑到腹部推拿的特殊性，对医生和患者不实施盲法。采用盲法进行疗效评价以及统计分析，由不知晓分组的第三方完成，实行研究者、操作者、统计者三分离。

Blinding：

Considering the particularity of abdominal massage blinding is not implemented for doctors and patients. Blinding is used for efficacy evaluation and statistical analysis which is completed by a third party who does not know the grouping. The separation of researchers operators and statisticians is implemented.
