研究目的：

观察经皮耳迷走神经刺激治疗急性高原病的效果和安全性，探索其作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation on acute mountain sickness and to explore its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)受试者试验期间所处海拔高度≥3000m； (2)受试者到达高原时间≤48小时； (3)LLSS评分≥5分（至少有1分为头痛）； (4)年龄≥18岁，＜45岁； (5)2月之内无高原（≥3000m）生活和工作经历； (6)3个月之内未参加过其他临床试验； (7)自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The altitude of the subjects during the study period was ≥3000m; (2) The time of reaching plateau was ≤48 hours; (3)LLSS score ≥5 points (at least 1 points for headache); (4) Age ≥18 years old < 45 years old; (5) No living and working experience at high altitude (≥3000m) within 2 months; (6) Have not participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; (7) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)入组前出现临床定义的高原肺水肿或高原脑水肿； (2)进驻高原前即有慢性头痛、头晕，严重的心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病者； (3)合并其他严重疾病如恶性肿瘤、认知障碍及精神类疾病等影响本次研究评价的疾病； (4)有脑外伤、脑部占位性病变、癫痫或头部金属植入史； (5)耳甲腔部皮肤炎症、破损或有疤痕者； (6)妊娠期、哺乳期或具有怀孕计划者； (7)过去8周使用过抗生素或益生菌者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Clinically defined high altitude pulmonary edema or high altitude cerebral edema before enrollment; (2) Those with chronic headache dizziness serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respiratory system diseases and digestive system diseases before entering plateau; (3) Complicated with other serious diseases such as malignant tumors cognitive impairment and mental disorders that affect the evaluation of this study; (4) History of brain trauma brain space occupying lesions epilepsy or metal implantation in the head; (5) Skin inflammation damage or scar in the concha cavity; (6) Those who are pregnant lactating or have plans to become pregnant; (7)Use of antibiotics or probiotics in the past 8 weeks.

The central randomized system of Clinical Evaluation Center of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences was used to obtain the random number and randomly divide the subjects into two groups. The files of the random allocation plan and the grouping results were kept by special person.
