研究目的：

探索针刺五脏俞加膈俞联合CBT干预轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效，优化抑郁症非药物治疗方案

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture acupuncture combined with CBT for mild to moderate depression and optimize the non-drug treatment of depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗组方案：针刺联合认知行为治疗。针灸治疗：取穴肺俞、心俞、膈俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、印堂、百会。可根据患者情况，增加1-2个附加穴。每次留针时间为20分钟，每周3次，共治疗8周。认知行为治疗：每周1次，每次50分钟，共治疗8周。 对照组方案：药物治疗。服用盐酸舍曲林片，第1周每天服用50mg，第2周起每天服用100mg。共治疗8周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Treatment group: acupuncture combined with CBT. ① The acupoint include: Xinshu (BL15) Ganshu (BL18) Pishu (BL20) Feishu (BL13) Shenshu(BL23) Baihui(GV 20) and Yintang(EX-HN3). The needle retention time is 20 minutes 3 times a week 8 weeks intotal. ② CBT: 50 minutes every time once a week 8 weeks in total. Control group: medication. Take Sertraline hydrochloride tablets 50mg daily for the first week and 100mg daily from the second week up to eight weeks.

纳入标准：

符合诊断标准；HAMD-17≥7且＜24分；年龄18-65岁；初中文化程度及以上；入组前2周未接受任何抗抑郁治疗者；患者自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the MDD diagnostic criteria; HAMD-17≥7 and < 24 scores; Age 18-65 years old; Junior high school education or above; Not receive any antidepressant treatment for 2 weeks before enrollment; Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

有自杀倾向者（HAMD-17自杀条目分值≥2分）；既往诊断有智能障碍、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、物质滥用，或其他精神障碍类疾病；脑器质性疾病及严重躯体疾病史者；妊娠期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

People with suicidal tendencies (HAMD-17 suicidal item ≥2); A previous diagnosis of mental impairment schizophrenia bipolar disorder substance abuse or other mental disorder; History of brain disease and serious physical disease; Pregnant patients.
