研究目的：

拟以腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）为研究对象，通过建立基于真实世界研究的针灸优势病种循证证据，阐明针灸疗法能够有效提高临床疗效并归纳总结IBS-D的最优经脉治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

Taking diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) as the research object by establishing evidence-based evidence of acupuncture and moxibustion on the dominant diseases based on real-world research it is proposed to clarify that acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and summarize the optimal meridian treatment plan for IBS-D.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合罗马Ⅳ中腹泻型肠易激综合征诊断标准 2.年龄≥18周岁，性别不限 3.病程≥6个月 4.自愿参加本临床研究并同意接受相关治疗和检査并能坚持随访，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV criteria for Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D). 2.Age ≥18 years old, regardless of gender 3.Duration of disease ≥6 months 4.Voluntarily participating in this clinical study, agreeing to undergo relevant treatments and examinations, being able to adhere to follow-up visits and signing the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.目前诊断为患有凝血障碍类疾病、肝炎、HIV、癌症的参与者 2.在过去3个月内进行过大型胃肠道手术的参与者 3.怀孕、晕针的参与者 4.近期正在接受针灸的参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants currently diagnosed with coagulation disorders hepatitis HIV or cancer 2.Participants who have undergone major gastrointestinal surgery in the past 3 months 3.Participants who are pregnant or have a fear of needles 4.Participants currently undergoing acupuncture treatment
