研究目的：

比较新的和简单的缝合技术对于人工髋关节置换术后外旋肌损伤修复的效果，并验证前者的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effectiveness of new and simple suture techniques for repairing external rotator injuries after artificial hip arthroplasty and to verify the effectiveness of the former.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准包括髋关节发育不良(Crowe I型、II型)、股骨头缺血性坏死、原发性髋关节骨关节炎的入院诊断、初次、单侧髋关节置换、生物型髋关节假体。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria included admission diagnosis of hip dysplasia (Crowe type I II) ischemic necrosis of the femoral head primary hip osteoarthritis initial unilateral hip replacement and biologic hip prosthesis.

排除标准：

排除标准包括对侧髋关节疾病或手术史、髋关节翻修、使用骨水泥型或特殊类型髋关节假体、因自身原因不能耐受手术者、关节强直或僵硬、严重发育性髋关节发育不良(Crowe III型、IV型)、股骨颈骨折、股骨转子间骨折、化脓性髋关节炎、类风湿性髋关节炎、严重肌无力、肌萎缩或与肌肉萎缩有关的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include contralateral hip disease or history of surgery hip revision use of cemented or specialized hip prostheses inability to tolerate surgery for their own reasons joint ankylosis or stiffness severe developmental hip dysplasia (Crowe type III IV) femoral neck fracture intertrochanteric fracture of the femur septic hip osteoarthritis rheumatoid hip osteoarthritis severe muscle weakness muscular dystrophy or diseases associated with muscle wasting.
