研究目的：

研究针刺治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效及安全性，通过针刺治疗改善 OSAHS 患者间断性低氧血症及微觉醒，减少低通气事件，改善患者日间嗜睡症状，提高患者生 活质量。

Objectives of Study：

Study on the efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome improving intermittent hypoxemia and micro-arousals in OSAHS patients through acupuncture treatment reducing hypopnea events improving patients' daytime sleepiness symptoms and enhancing patients' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准 （1）患者年龄在 30~70 岁； （2）PSG 诊断为阻塞性呼吸暂停低通气综合征； （3）身体质量指数（Body Mass Index, BMI）≤35； （4）患者知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: （1）Patients aged between 30 and 70 years old; （2）Diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome by PSG (Polysomnography); （3）Body Mass Index (BMI) ≤35; （4）Patients provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准 （1）长期大量饮酒和(或)服用镇静催眠类或肌肉松弛类药物如艾司唑仑； （2）存在鼻咽部器质性梗阻或其他会导致睡眠呼吸暂停的器质性疾病者，如合并鼻息肉、 鼻咽肿瘤、鼻中隔偏曲、鼻甲肥大、Ⅱ度以上扁桃体肥大等； （3）气管插管或口腔、咽喉部、气管、胸部手术或外伤史； （4）当前正在使用持续气道正压通气(CPAP)、1 个月内进行口咽部训练等治疗； （5）发病后出现严重并发症者，如严重脑水肿、脑疝、癫痫、脑积水等，或存在严重的 心脏疾病、肺病、恶性肿瘤或其他重大器官功能障碍的患者； （6）已发生卒中等并发症需持续住院治疗者； （7）妊娠、计划妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （8）目前正在参与其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: （1）Long-term heavy alcohol consumption and/or use of sedative-hypnotic or muscle relaxant drugs such as Estazolam; （2）Presence of organic obstruction in the nasopharyngeal area or other organic diseases that can cause sleep apnea such as nasal polyps nasopharyngeal tumors deviated nasal septum turbinate hypertrophy grade II or higher tonsil hypertrophy etc.; （3）History of tracheal intubation or surgery or trauma to the oral cavity pharynx trachea or chest; （4）Currently using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or having undergone oropharyngeal training within the last month; （5）Patients who have developed serious complications after onset such as severe cerebral edema brain herniation epilepsy hydrocephalus or those with severe heart disease lung disease malignant tumors or other major organ dysfunction; （6）Patients who have had a stroke or other complications requiring continuous hospitalization; （7）Pregnant women women planning to become pregnant or nursing mothers; （8）Patients who are currently participating in other clinical trials.

本研究对评估者及数据分析人员设盲 （1） 受试者：按照随机分配的结果分配至所对应的分组，受试者不知具体 治疗方案； （2） 操作者：针刺医师知晓受试者的分组及对应的治疗方案； （3） 评价者：由不知晓研究分组的评价者对患者进行评价和记录数据； （4） 统计者：临床数据的统计分析由研究者进行。

In this study both the evaluators and data analysts are blinded: (1) Subjects: Allocated to the corresponding groups according to the results of random assignment without knowledge of the specific treatment plan; (2) Operators: Acupuncturists are aware of the subjects' group assignments and the corresponding treatment plans; (3) Evaluators: Patients are assessed and data are recorded by evaluators who are not aware of the study groupings; (4) Statisticians: The statistical analysis of clinical data is conducted by researchers.
