研究目的：

主要目的是评估电针对老年全麻手术患者POCD的临床疗效，并探讨其潜在的生物学机制，为临床治疗提供新的见解和策略。

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating POCD in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery and explore its potential biological mechanisms providing new insights and strategies for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

临床研究：纳入我院在全身麻醉下行择期手术的老年患者约158例，采用随机数字表法分为电针组及对照组。电针组术后第1天开始给于电针刺激百会、双侧内关、双侧足三里，共治疗3天。7天后观察认知功能变化、炎症反应机制、神经营养因子、脑血流动力学等指标变化。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Clinical study: About 158 elderly patients who underwent elective surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group and a control group using a random number table method. On the first day after surgery the electroacupuncture group began to administer electroacupuncture stimulation to Baihui bilateral Neiguan and bilateral Zusanli for a total of 3 days of treatment. After 7 days observe changes in cognitive function inflammatory response mechanisms neurotrophic factors cerebral hemodynamics and other indicators.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥65岁；（2）择期全身麻醉且美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级I~II级；（3）1小时≤手术时间≤6小时；（4）可配合神经功能量表测评；（5）可配合抽血化验及脑血流动力学检查；（6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 65 years old; (2) Elective general anesthesia and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; (3) 1 hour ≤ surgery time ≤ 6 hours; (4) Can be evaluated in conjunction with a neurological function scale; (5) Can be combined with blood tests and cerebral hemodynamic examinations; (6) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）心血管或中枢神经系统相关手术；（2）存在其他已知的导致认知功能障碍的疾病；（3）存在酒精、精神类药物应用史；（4）有电针治疗禁忌症（严重心血管疾病、出血性疾病、体内存在金属物质）；（5）严重的全身性疾病（如终末期肝病、终末期肾病、晚期恶性肿瘤等）；（6）未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cardiovascular or central nervous system related surgeries; (2) There are other known diseases that cause cognitive impairment; (3) History of alcohol and psychotropic drug use; (4) There are contraindications for electroacupuncture treatment (severe cardiovascular disease hemorrhagic disease presence of metallic substances in the body); (5) Serious systemic diseases (such as end-stage liver disease end-stage kidney disease advanced malignant tumors etc.); (6) Not signing the informed consent form.
