研究目的：

本试验通过膈俞刺络放血结合清痤颗粒的方法观察寻常痤疮治疗前后皮损GAGS评分、性激素（睾酮和雌二醇），并科学评价其临床疗效，为今后的科学研究提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

This experiment observed the GAGS score and sex hormones (testosterone and estradiol) before and after the treatment of acne vulgaris by Geshu bleeding combined with Qingcuo granules and scientifically evaluated its clinical efficacy providing a theoretical basis for future scientific research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合西医痤疮诊断标准 2: 年龄13-35 岁，性别不限 3: 知情同意，愿意接受研究方案治疗者 4: 治疗前近一个月内未曾服用过治疗痤疮的口服药，近一周内未使用过治疗痤疮的外用药

Inclusion criteria

1: Meets the diagnostic criteria for acne 2: Age 13-35 years old gender unlimited 3: Informed consent and willingness to accept research protocol treatment 4: have not taken any oral medication for treating acne within the past month before treatment and have not used any topical medication for treating acne within the past week

排除标准：

1: 年龄不符合纳入标准者，或因接触、服用药物引起的痤疮者 2: 患者合并有心脑血管、糖尿病、肝肾功能不全等基础疾病，或伴有严重皮肤感染、有凝血功能障碍等疾病者 3: 孕妇或哺乳期妇女 4: 患者资料收集不全，影响疗效评价者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Individuals whose age does not meet the inclusion criteria or those with acne caused by contact or medication use 2: Patients with basic diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular diseases diabetes liver and kidney dysfunction or with serious skin infection coagulation dysfunction and other diseases 3: Pregnant or lactating women 4: Incomplete collection of patient data affecting efficacy evaluators

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究者选取随机数字表中第二行第一个数字开始，按顺序取数，取到的随机数除以3，余数为0为针药组；余数为1为刺络组；余数为2为药物组。将随机数依次装入不透光的密封信封里，等有符合纳入标准的患者时，依次打开相应编号，按信封内分组方案进行干预。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researchers selected the first number in the second row of the random number table to start and took the number in order. The random number obtained was divided by 3. The remainder was 0 for the acupuncture group; the remainder was 1 for the acupuncture group; the remainder was 2 for the drug group. Put the random numbers into the light-transmitting sealed envelope in turn. When there are patients who meet the inclusion criteria open the corresponding numbers in turn and intervene according to the grouping scheme in the envelope.
