研究目的：

评价火龙罐综合灸在改善支气管哮喘（冷哮证）慢性持续期患者的咳嗽、喘促等症状，患者生活质量以及肺功能的改善情况，以期为火龙罐综合灸的推广及临床运用提供科学依据，同时为中医温热疗法治疗支气管哮喘提供新的方法。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon pot on the improvement of cough shortness of breath and other symptoms quality of life and lung function in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma (cold wheezing syndrome) in order to provide scientific basis for the promotion and clinical application of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon pot and to provide a new method for the treatment of bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine warm and heat therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合支气管哮喘的中西医诊断标准； ②病情属慢性持续期，分级属轻~中度； ③ACT＜23分； ④符合哮病冷哮证的证候诊断标准； ⑤年龄为18～65周岁，性别不限； ⑥自愿参与此次研究，由本人或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine for bronchial asthma; ② The disease was chronic and the grade was mild to moderate; ③ACT < 23; ④ meet the criteria of cold wheeze syndrome; ⑤ Age of 18-65 years old regardless of gender; ⑥ Patients voluntarily participated in the study and informed consent was signed by themselves or their family members.

排除标准：

①合并有支气管扩张、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌、肺结核的呼吸系统严重疾病者； ②合并心肝肾等重要脏器原发性疾病者； ③精神异常不能配合者； ④妊娠或准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ⑤对艾叶或蕲艾过敏者，对烟雾敏感者； ⑥不愿签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe respiratory diseases with bronchiectasis chronic obstructive pulmonary disease lung cancer tuberculosis; ② Complicated with primary diseases of important organs such as heart liver and kidney; (3) those with mental disorders who cannot cooperate; (4) women who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant or lactating; ⑤ those who are sensitive to moxa and sensitive to smoke; ⑥ unwilling to sign the informed consent form.

创建SAS数据集名为a。调用 SURVEYSELECT过程进行随机抽样 ,并指定一些抽样选项，其中 “data=”指定输入数据集，用于指定抽样框；“method=”用于指定随机抽样的方法，srs表示单纯随机抽样；“n=”用于指定抽样大小 (此处可以用 “rate=”来替换 ,用于指定抽样率 )；“out=”用于指定输出数据集，它包含所有被抽到的样本 (可以添加选项 “rep=number”来规定重复抽样的次数，如 “rep=2”命令系统同时抽取 2份样本 )。最后用 PRINT过程把输出数据集 b的内容在输出窗口中显示出来。命令 odshtml和 odshtmlclose用于把程序运行结果以网页格式保存下来。
